Great experience
We had a wonderful family vacation at Blue Sun Hotel celebrating my father’s and brother’s birthdays. The service and staff were excellent, and we really appreciated the surprise birthday cake. Special thanks to Thong and Lucy at the restaurant for always being kind and friendly and making every morning a great start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel!
Exceptional service — Ellie and Mina saved my trip
I had an excellent stay at BlueSun Danang Beach Hotel, and I would like to give special thanks to Ellie and Mina at the reception.
On the way from the airport to the hotel in my Grab taxi, my phone accidentally fell in the car and I did not realize it until I arrived at the hotel. My phone contained all of my holiday bookings, meeting points, and important communication details, so losing it felt like losing my whole world.
Ellie and Mina immediately took control of the situation. They contacted Grab straight away, stayed calm and professional, and reassured me throughout the process. They kept me relaxed and informed, and within a short time they successfully helped recover my phone.
I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
The hotel itself is fantastic, with a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent service. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional support from Ellie and Mina.
Thank you both so much for going above and beyond to help me. You turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending.
Perfect hotel and amazing view
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Sun Hotel, and it was a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the beautiful My Khe Beach. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety of delicious options to suit every taste.

The stay was lovely and very convenient location! @Lucy at the Jupiter restaurant was spectacular in advising us about our trip to Hoi An! Emily at the roof top bar was very friendly. Overall the staff at the door to the restaurant are very courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended your stay.
Excellent Hotel
We really enjoyed our time at BlueSun.
I booked my room for 2 adults and 1 child using Priceline. Unfortunately, Priceline only booked it for the 2 adults, but I emailed the hotel, and got a response about what to expect immediately. They also informed me that we could get free transportation from the airport or train station, but since we were arriving using a private driver from Hue, we didn’t end up using the free transportation.
Quite honestly, I thought this would just be an average hotel, but I was really wowed by it. The hotel was clean, and all staff were so friendly and kind. Additionally, the location was great, and our ocean view was beautiful.
We also enjoyed the daily Afternoon Tea that was included with our stay.
I would gladly come back to this hotel if I were to visit Da Nang again!
