Indifferent Reception
I have to concede my rating is limited to the booking process, and in particular the indifference of the reception staff when they advised us the booking had not been confirmed! The booking was ‘prepaid’ so we assumed it was confirmed. However apparently the ‘notification’ we received and thought was confirmation advised otherwise. The problem was it was written in Vietnamese!! ‘ Too bad, it’s your problem but the fee would be refunded. Strange city, strange languish, I’ll let you be the judge 🤔

the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk team being friendly, patient.The room itself was clean, comfortable, also appreciated the little touches — bottled water in the room, timely responses to requests, and the general sense that the staff truly cared about guest comfort. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal.

We spent 8 nights here in September 2026 and I must say it was outstanding 🇻🇳😍 Upon check in I was very unwell with the flu and the reception staff went out of their way to make me a honey, ginger tea to help my cough.
The room had the most beautiful view of the beach, was spacious and a super comfortable bed! We ate at the rooftop restaurant with the most amazing views and food/service was 100%.
Walk out the back door of reception to a full food court, coffee shops, laundry and massages…. Walk out the front door and your on the beach with beach clubs, restaurants and 24/7 coffee truck!
We loved our stay and will be back!

Lovely
Frontdesk staff are friendly. Check-in is quick and smoothly. Pool on 20th floor has wonderful view. Hotel is well-located with may store nearby. Beach just across the street.
