We will be back !
This is mine and hubby's first holiday together in 5 years and I could not think of any better place that we could have come. From the moment we walked in we were made welcome by all staff. The room was comfortable and meticulously maintained for the 9 nights we stayed. It was hubby's birthday whilst we were here and he was spoiled with 2 cakes and our room was beautifully decorated ❤❤ Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone coming to Phuket. Huge thanks to every single staff member that helped and looked after us. I can't sing their praises highly enough xx

Perfect
An Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!**
We had an excellent stay at this hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The customer service was exceptional. The entire staff was genuinely ready to help with anything we needed, always with a smile and a proactive attitude. Special mention goes to Sofia at the spa — she was absolutely amazing and provided one of the best treatments we’ve ever had. We also can’t say enough about Bank, our butler. Who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect and made us feel truly pampered and well taken care of. The location is fantastic — convenient, safe, and close to everything we wanted to do. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely satisfied. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return we will definitely book again on our next trip. Thank you to the whole team
A Great Visit
Recently stayed here and was very impressed with the overall facility.
All the staff we engaged with were friendly, capable and efficient.
We ate at a number of the food outlets they offer including the Main Hotel Restaurant for breakfast which had an amazing array of food on offer and all very high quality. Also ate here for dinner which was lovely.
The Catch Beach club was our favourite and never disappointed great location and vibe and food was very very good.
The pool at about 50m long was great and even better you can use it up until midnight where a lot of hotel pools “close” much earlier.
The fitness centre was well equiped and very spacious.
If we need to visit Phuket again this hotel would certainly be our choice.

Currently staying at hotel. Staff good and room nice. Breakfast very poor in quality and choice not 5 star standard in anyway. Be aware outside of hotel currently a building site

Amazing Hotel
the room was amazing ao spacious and modern, we took the sutie and it was just amazing and the service too just freat everyone smiling and aaying hello. the pool is great, quite and peaceful. i would recommend this hotel to all families and couples who wants to go uts the beat hote I've ever been
