A slice of paradise
We stayed for a week in one of the private pool rooms, and having our own private courtyard and pool was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great, including the buffet breakfast . They had 2 for the price of 1 special on main meals, which made the meals very affordable. Only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and plenty of amenities close by. Overall we were very happy staying at the Outrigger Surin Beach.
Great experience
We loved our stay so much. The apartment was super clean, not a single bug or fly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. And the staff by far were the best thing about the place. Especially Mariam and Peter, they were so accommodating and did everything in their power to help us. The beach is a 1 min walk and the restaurants nearby are so good. The swimming pools & gym were also excellent, very clean & not too busy, there were also gym classes daily but we were too busy with the little one. Very good value for money, with minimal outside noises & chill atmosphere. Thank you Outrigger, hope to see you again

A Comfortable Stay with Amazing Service
All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I truly give the staff five stars for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
I’m deducting one star because when we wanted to extend our stay, we were told a price that was higher than the rate available online, even though we said we didn’t mind changing rooms if necessary. They could have simply suggested that we book the extension online instead. That would have been a much more customer-friendly approach.
