Wonderful stay!!
We had a most enjoyable stay. The breakfast is of a good standard. Very friendly staff & all very accommodating to our needs & requests. A shout out to Champi, Kob, Peach, Chef Anan & his team. Hotel is well situated, close to beach & restaurants. Overall a wonderful experience & we would definitely recommend staying at The Holiday Inns Surin.
Avoid staying here
Rooms are strong musky smell. Rooms are falling apart, broken furniture, air con not working, sofa bed ripped, railing corroded. Any issues they just offer to change rooms, with new problems. Staff are nice but in training. Reported issues more than once. No maintenance is done around the grounds or kids slide. Food was ok, though we prefer to eat out elsewhere. Staff not attentive. Felt like we were an inconvenience sometimes. No shuttle into town. You call grabs all the time, adds up costing a bit. Ended up speaking with the GM who took on all of our complaints and will look into the issues. Positive note Peach was great with the kids and lady in kids club. Overall. Do not recommend staying here.
Great experience at our stay ! Karna was really loving and helpful towards my little ones.
We went to holiday inn surin phuket for our summer vacation holidays the kids loved it there, great play area and activities were organised for kids to be occupied through out our stay! The staff is realy helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. Specialy karna, the happy helper there at the kids play area. Kids loved spending time with her. For kids it's a fun place to be around.
Nice Resort
We had an amazing stay and celebrated our wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A heartfelt thank you to the Ms champi for helping make our anniversary so special and memorable. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and professional. A special appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their exceptional service. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained, and their attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you to everyone for your outstanding hospitality and for making our wedding anniversary celebration unforgettable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!
An amazing family hotel in a tropical paradise
What an absolutely fantastic family hotel. The staff are so attentive, The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and offered a wide variety of different international dishes, so families from different continents can always find something that tastes like home (although their Thai dishes are even more amazing). My daughter loved the ice cream cafe, the kids club, and the swimming pools. My wife loved the spa, and she described her 1 hour massage as the best she's ever had (and she's been to a lot of spas). I loved Champions bar, and the poolside bar. We booked through Luxury Escapes, and the package from them was excellent. Our room (a suite) was great, with a spacious lounge, a modern bathroom and a fantastic bedroom with an enormous bed, and TVs in both rooms for those times you just need to chill. All the staff deserve immense praise, and the restaurant and bar staff particularly made us feel welcome and valued, especially the restaurant manager who really went the extra mile with our daughter. If you're coming to Phuket, stop at Holiday Inn Resort Surin Beach.
