Tranquil retreat
I had a 1 bedroom villa with private pool. It was Devine. Very clean, both inside and out. The pool water was lovely and cool for both day and night swims. There were ample cutlery and dinnerware. The room came with two large bottles of water each day. Breakfast was included and was offered in the form of breakfast baskets. They were delivered to the villa each morning at your choice of time. The bathroom and bed was huge. Although the bed was way too hard for me. However the couch was just right for naps. There were a variety of different lighting choices depending on your mood. The pool was a good size and a had a running water fountain. The outside courtyard was generous and featured two sun lounges. This area also had a choice of different lighting.

Not a good experience
Trying to paint you a picture therefore it’s a bit long and detailed but short of it is, don’t waste your money and time staying here. We stayed here for 8 days and Unfortunately we are very disappointed. 1st, it wasn’t our choice. We originally booked into the hotel right front of these villas but got a call from the hotel few days after advising they’ve made a mistake in bookings but they’ve instead booked us in this amazing villa. The whole wasn’t right from start. A car to pick us up from airport, who couldn’t speak a word of English, had no idea where the place was and couldn’t wait to just drop us off somewhere and run. Not mentioning he completely refused to stop for 5mins so we can get some food for the kids after 8.5hrs flight and almost 5hrs in airports. Then the villa, well 2 kilos of keys but only 1 for the main door. Fridge didn’t work so we had through all the foods & fruits that we bought out. Then the Property Manager calls and says (without sorry)“They couldn’t come today to check the fridge, maybe tomorrow.” Then calls the next night and says “Do you really need a fridge? Just checking to see if I should organise one for you?” Fridge arrives then at midnight water completely stops right middle of shower. Next day in afternoon 10 people showed up trying to get water sorted and the buddy language was clearly showed they’re doing whatever they can to blame it on us to charge extra but at the end apparently there was an issue with the water meter. And at the check out, 4 people showed up 40 minutes earlier then we agreed and confirmed the night before, going through everything while half of us still in shower and other half still packing. And then all they could come up with after 45 minutes of search was that “2 forks are missing” what a W......

Wasn’t what we were expecting
I’ll just dot point issues we had as I don’t like to leave negative reviews usually:
- you definitely need a car or a bike to get around... it’s a long way from anywhere
- water went out one day so we had to wait overnight for someone to come fix it
- the fridge was broken so food we bought went bad in the heat and it took a few days to fix. In the end the bought in a new one after sending a technician twice. Just swap it out in the first place!
- they wanted me to replace 2 forks that were apparently missing after our stay!
- they came early to check us out so we had to rush and leave early. There were three of them and they just came in and stood in the loungeroom until we got ready rather than coming back at the agreed time
- they came earlier than notified to clean so we weren’t ready and so they didn’t clean the apartment. They didnt top up towels or toilet paper.
- there is nothing in the way of food in the kitchen, not even tea bags or salt and pepper!
- curtains have a lot of mildew on them and the rooms smelt musty
- the staff around the hotel weren’t very helpful or friendly.
Can’t recommend staying here. Although I think each individual apartment is owned by individuals rather than the complex so I think it could be that we just got a bad egg! The environment was nice and I can see that it has potential to be a nice place to stay.

Amazing experience
Excellent experience in an incredible accommodation where privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed. The attention of the staff was unbeatable and the breakfasts that the restaurant prepared for us during the four days of stay as well. Hire the Andaman Surprises excursions with them, we also had a great day with them in Phi Phi Island all very well organised. I definitely highly recommend Two Villas Holidays Phuket.
Will come again for sure
Again perfect stay in nice villa with private pool for 3 weeks. Perfect house keeping and very friendly and supporting management. Very good location for all activities at Phuket with a very good portion of privacy.
