A stylish and well-decorated bathroom with window opens to cozy bedroom area. The design of the building has been adapted from a southern Thai traditional house called ‘Manila' or ‘Brano'.It is similar to a Sino-Portuguese house in Phuket. These are created to offer every guest who has come to visit ‘Navatara Phuket Resort' happiness, pleasure, enjoyment and good memories. Apart from the readiness of our building in offering a comfortable stay, our team emphasizes warm services so that every single of our guests feel at home just like staying in a ‘Five-star Home Stay'
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Hospitality was excellent here. Walked in and was greeted with fruit and private room while we waited for our room to be made. The local cafe was nice as well. AC worked 100% and the free shuttles to local spots was very convenient.
A small, family run hotel centred around a pool and gardens. Only 37 rooms, 6 have direct pool access. Most rooms look out or down on the well maintained pool, so it’s not super private but the rooms are spacious and have excellent sound protection and blackout curtains. Staff are friendly and accommodating. A large long term construction nearby is audible during the day when outside, but this seems to be universal in any urban area in Phuket at the moment - lots of building happening. Pool access rooms a bit tricky if you have mobility issues but there are steps available from the lawn area. Free shuttle to Rawai, Nai Harn and Ya Nui beaches, and only 100TBH to other nearby spots. 7/11 next door and decent massage and laundry options less than a block away. A lovely base in Rawai.
A great little hotel. Quiet rooms, good service, a café, gym, pool — everything is of an excellent standard. There are free shuttles to the nearest beaches with beach umbrellas provided. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I will try to come again.
Great stay. Very nice breakfast spread, convenient location, comfortable lodging, lovely (shallow) swimming pool. Staff very helpful and kind.
We stayed at the Navatara for 5 weeks and couldn't have wished for better. It's a small hotel, 37 rooms, so it has a lovely family feel. The rooms are excellent. We had a Grand Deluxe and it was large space with very comfortable bed and bedding , strong aircon, powerful shower and excellent TV. The swimming pool was lovely too. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that although the food in the restaurant was nice when we ordered room service. Room service finished quite early but the location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and there is a 7-11 next door. They have a very regular return shuttle service to Nai Harn and Yanui beaches, highly recommended, as well as the Rawai fish market and Prom Thep cape lookout point for the evening sunset. You can also request the shuttle for a small fee to nearby restaurants. All the staff are amazing. Drivers very friendly and safe, housekeeping do an excellent job too and they provide daily bottles of water, tea and coffee for the room. The reception team outshone themselves and they were so helpful to us when we needed assistance with local matters as well multiple rearranging of cancelled flights. Truly grateful to Anita, Benz, Nan and Namwhan. We highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for the perfect location in Rawai.
