My husband and I loved our 29 nights here and appreciated the hospitality we received from the staff. When you enter the hotel, the entrance was very open and welcoming and the room was clean and tastefully decorated. The pool had a waterfall and it was nice to wake up to. The rooms that face the pool, you can see the sunrise every morning, which was beautiful. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here, especially those who seek value for money. Thank you to all the staff and management for making our stay so comfortable. You all did a wonderful job!
Note: you will need a scooter as the location of the hotel is not ideal and the beach that is nearby is not suitable for swimming.
Stayed at Aqua 3 times pre covid So decided to book a night here because we had plans in rawai it said on the website it had a shuttle bus Front desk had very poor communication skills we said we had a reservation she said “you want the restaurant” asked about the shuttle bus no shuttle bus available so we had to pay extra for a taxi there and back to Rawai seafront The room was dirty the bathroom had a horrible rusty bin the shower was disgusting the bed sheets looked worn the seating area on the first floor had torn seats the pool looked nice from our nice balcony
Very Clean hotel! No services Arrived here from Bangkok for 4 nights stay. The previous photos and information said it had food and a bar! Great we thought as we wanted to relax by the pool before we joined our family in Udon Thani! We arrived at our room which was lovely and clean with views of the beach (un accessible) The Hotel NO LONGER provides Food of any description or Bar. There is nothing accessible nearby unless you wish to risk crossing the equivalent of M25 a taxi from airport to here is around £25 and into habitation around £30. Hence we are not staying the night or duration now. Extremely disappointed
What a gem of a hotel. Stunning views of the sea The pool is the best I have seen in a long time Rooms very spacious and super clean Staff were brilliant too Great location I will be back 10/10 Thank you
I stayed here as a female solo traveller from the UK. On day three of my five-night stay, I was returning to my room after breakfast and encountered a large male member of staff exiting my room. It was completely unclear why he was there and I had not authorised access.
I immediately reported this to the front desk. They claimed to have no knowledge of the situation and offered no meaningful explanation or reassurance. The response was dismissive and deeply concerning.
This was a serious breach of safety and privacy. I did not feel safe for the remainder of my stay and would strongly advise other solo travellers, particularly women, to avoid this place altogether.
