Worst ever hotel I have stayed
Completely misleading from the advertisements in multiple platforms. In Booking platforms its mentioned a s Kana Tripple M, however its called GANA Tripple L.
As we walked in to reception, we were hit with a pungent smell. No one to take in the luggage, only one employee in the whole place as far I saw.
Went to the rooms we booked 2 rooms). It was very smelly, the bed sheets had stains. The bathroom,/toilet doesn't have a proper door, but a glass partition. Even with this glass partition, there was no privacy as person having a shower is visible outside the room. The room was supposed to have a mountain view, however what we saw was a very old house and over grown vegetation and dirty. Internet is non existent. Lift is absolutely slow. Also this is middle of no where.
We did not even stay overnight, checked out 3 hrs later losing over a 1000 dollars. We booked another place in the middle of Patong centre. My advice is please do not go to this place. Read all the reviews.
Worst hotel in Phuket
If you want to be miserable during your stay then go ahead and book this hotel. The room looks nothing like the pics they advertise. It smells like smoke and mold. There’s barely any amenities and they only serve breakfast so rest of the day you have to go and look for food outside. This is not a 5/4 or even 3 star hotel. I ended up checking out on 2nd day with no refund cause just wanted to get out of there. Staff are extremely rude and dismissive.

Good Value with View from back of Patong
Outside centre, good view, pool and breakfast fine (bring your own muesli/oats & green tea) inc eggs any style etc. (Coffee instant).
Room quiet with thick walls and carpeted halls (but doors sometimes slam shut). No bedside tables and Smart tv, not operating as 'smart'.

Wouldn't return
In my 4 months of travelling Asia (November 24 till now) this hotel is by far the worst experience of the whole trip. I am a seasoned traveler who has been fortunate enough to spend the winter months in hotter climates, and have done for the past 34 years.
Meet and greet, no cold drink or cold towel, no help with your luggage and nobody to show you to your room, in-fact no welcome.
Room
After our self service check-in we got in to the lift to the fourth floor and all we could smell was an overpowering stench of cannabis where people were smoking in their rooms. The smell permeated everything and could be smelled in our rooms too. We did mention this to staff 3 times but nothing changed. I do appreciate that it is not easy to control but I do feel something could be done, they had a sign at reception saying no cannabis on the premises which was obviously ignored and It certainly wasn't enforced and marred our stay.
The rooms were quite satisfactory. Very clean overall. Good comfortable beds and the linen & towels were very good quality. Decent bathroom & shower. TV was good size and had enough channels to be watchable. The usual mobile room safe we frequently find in Asia - good safe but not secured to furniture so you are able to pick it up so hardly secure.
The breakfast offering was absolutely dismal. Everything was cold except toast and freshly cooked eggs which was the only saving grace of the breakfast. The food containers had no form of heating. There was spaces underneath them for the usual gel fuel or at least the candles. Nothing. Stone cold food every morning. There were even dishes of cold chips and cold chicken nuggets and cold pizza with crab stick topping every morning. We tried the breakfast twice giving it the benefit of the doubt the went and ate out.
Internet
The internet was useless I just turned it off and used my own mobile internet as I had worked to complete and it was made impossible with their internet.
Rooftop pool
Rooftop pool is the best feature of this hotel, great views of the surrounding areas and warm. I tried to get a drink at the pool bar and after an hour a member of staff finally turned up with a face like thunder, certainly no intentions of any upselling in any
The Hotel advertised room service until 9 pm. My Neice asked for room service at 8 pm and was told no it's finished. Hotel Chinese restaurant was never open on the 3 days we stayed here.
All in all a very unsatisfactory stay. I'm absolutely amazed at the reviews online that in no way reflects the experiences we've had.
It saddens me to have to submit such a negative review being a business owner myself and it's the first in hundreds of reviews, but it is well deserved.
It's a hotel run by a family who seriously need training in hospitality industry.
There are plenty of large derelict buildings around this area and if the standards at this hotel do not improve it will there loss and someone else's gain

The best choice
The hotel's swimming pool is an unmissable sight. Whether it is day or night, you can enjoy the refreshing scenery. Take a swim here, not only can relax the body and mind, but also feel a different kind of holiday style.Of course, what touched me most was the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel staff. From the reception to room service, every member of staff is sincere. They patiently answer my every question, carefully meet my every need, let me very warm.I'm impressed by everything here. I believe that whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this place will be the ideal choice for you.
