My experience
Location wise it’s a 10m walk from the beach and the atmosphere generally speaking is ok, the hotel is getting a bit worn down.
We did not rent a room but we used the day pass for pool access many times since our accommodation didn’t have one and this one was one of the closest.
The pool day pass for 899B was a decent purchase where you could eat off their lunch menu. We tried the house hamburger and some of my relatives tried the chicken burger. Easiest explanation for western food is on this hotel is to stay away from them. Under cooked chicken burger and and the beef burger was burnt and tasted disgusting. I didn’t even eat my burger.
The Thai food in the restaurant is good. I also spoke to some hotel guest and they complained about the breakfast being unpleasant.
The hotel did allow us to eat from the standard menu for the pool access credit. So we did gain some respect on return.
The pool area is okey. Easy access to toilet and then pool is clean. My biggest issue with the pool area is that they have a waterfall over the bar. When they turn it on the noice level is pretty high.
The staffs are English is mediocre, sometimes it’s hard to communicate, with simple orders for a drink etc it’s never an issue. However they are friendly but when we returned food they seemed a bit careless.

Our second time stay here we love it staff lovely especially the pool bar . Highly recommended and will be back great the bathroom has been fitted with rails to help in and out showers

What can i say, this place was heaven, perfect loaction, clean, helpful and very friendly staff. Superb pool area. Would definetly return. Highly recommended. Great balcony overlooking the pool , rooms cleaned daily could not wish for a better place.
