This 4.5 star hotel is located in the city centre of Phuket Island and was established in 2013. It is a short drive away from the Patong Beach. The Hotel has a coffee shop, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 116 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe, trouser press, ironing set and air conditioning.
Welcome From the very first moment, the arrival at the hotel felt special. The warm and genuine welcome from the staff immediately set the tone for the stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Bellboy and driver Aam, in particular, stood out — always smiling, helpful, and radiating friendliness. He truly made me feel appreciated and welcome. Room The villa with a private pool exceeded expectations. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, it had upscale touches such as the modern light and air-conditioning control panel. The shower was extraordinary and a highlight in itself. On the downside, the toilet did not work properly during my stay — but these things can happen anywhere. Overall, the villa delivered both comfort and luxury. View The private pool villas offer complete privacy while still granting a wonderful city view with the ocean in the background. While the beach itself isn’t visible due to the hotel’s location, the sight of the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets more than make up for it. I attached pictures to capture just a fraction of the beauty. Restaurant The property offers two restaurants, one for breakfast and one for dinner. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. The food is good, though not fancy, and at times I felt the chefs were not entirely familiar with how Western cuisine should taste — but this is easily overlooked. The minibar in the villa is another wonderful touch: a well-stocked fridge with beer, wine, soft drinks, chips, and snacks, all included in the room rate and replenished daily. It’s important to highlight that while the food may not aim for Michelin stars, what truly makes the experience memorable is the people. The service is exceptional: always warm, attentive, and delivered with a genuine smile — something that even many well-known 5-star chains struggle to achieve. Special thanks go to Aam, whose friendliness and dedication are a true asset to the hotel. Let me put it this way: it would be a serious mistake for the management to ever let him go.
The service was incredible! We spent the day at the pool and had such a wonderful time! Queen and kratae and Eak provided such wonderful service! Food was AMAZING! Long island tea and mojitos were top notch! Definitely will stay here again!
Top service at the hotel, the facilities were amazing and definitely would recommend it for a stay in Phuket for a couples getaway
We stayed 5 nights at The Senses Resort & Pool Villas in Phuket for our honeymoon, and we would not recommend this hotel.
The biggest issue happened on our last day. We discovered water leaking from the ceiling into our room, which soaked clothes inside our suitcase. There was water pooled under the suitcase, and clearly an ongoing leak from above. This is unacceptable, especially for a honeymoon stay.
After reporting it, the hotel sent staff and an engineer. Initially, they only offered to clean the wet clothes. Only after pushing did they agree to wash all our clothes and offer a small food compensation, which felt inadequate.
We requested a room change, but the replacement suite was significantly worse — smaller, the AC was not working, the balcony door didn’t close, and the balcony view was heavily blocked by the elevator structure.
Throughout the entire process, they repeatedly refused our requests and insisted that the issues were resolved when they clearly were not.
Another major issue was the hotel layout. Getting to our room on the 8th floor required taking three separate elevators with walking in between. The elevators have no air conditioning and are exposed to direct sunlight, making it extremely uncomfortable every time.
The location is also inconvenient. It’s not close to main areas, and the shuttle service requires booking hours in advance. Without renting a bike, getting around is difficult.
To make things worse, after our flight got canceled and we had no place to stay, we asked for a discounted rate to stay one more night in the same problematic suite. They refused and only offered the same price listed on Trip.com.
Overall, the leak, the poor replacement room, the lack of proper resolution, and the way the situation was handled made this a very frustrating experience. We do not recommend this hotel.
This was our last stop out of four hotels—three in Thailand and one in Cambodia—and it ended up being our absolute favorite. The room was modern, bright, and wonderfully spacious, and the location couldn’t have been better: right in the middle of all the action. It’s a lively, bustling area with tons to do, which made it perfect for exploring. We also really enjoyed the food and drinks. Overall, we loved staying here, and it was the perfect place to finish our trip with a bang.
