Average hotel, not a 5 star
It's on patong beach, however not sure if it can be classified as a 5 star. The rooms are basic and only one so called infinity pool is operational, the other 2 are abandoned. Breakfast is average, the staff is superb and ultra helpful, one got us personal umbrellas to borrow, and one got us special food for my mother. Can stay if you are mostly out and about, but don't go by the 5 star, 3 pools, slide in the pool, you will be disappointed.

Amazing holiday….
My wife and I recently spent 14 nights at The Nature Phuket on an all-inclusive package, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.
The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful and relaxing, away from the crowds, yet only a short trip from Patong’s nightlife, shopping, and attractions whenever we wanted a change of pace.
We stayed in a swim-up pool room, and it was simply superb. The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and having direct access to the pool made our stay feel extra special.
The resort itself has everything you could possibly need. There are beautiful swimming pools with excellent pool bars, a well-equipped gym, fantastic restaurants, and the food throughout our stay was outstanding. The all-inclusive package offered plenty of variety, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
What really made the holiday memorable was the friendly and attentive staff, the restaurant staff were amazing every day especially Santhana at the pool bar, all the staff were always welcoming, friendly and happy to help.
Overall, The Nature Phuket exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a relaxing luxury getaway with fantastic facilities, amazing food, and a great location, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We would happily return without hesitation!

Average for food
We had a pleasant stay. The only suggestion is to add a few Indian vegetarian food options, especially at breakfast. It would make the stay much more comfortable for Indian guests. Thank you!
Romantic Stay at The Nature Phuket
i stayed at the nature phuket during my honeymoon and we loved the stay. the front office staff was warm and welcoming at late night. the property is spread out and you do need to walk a lot around the property to reach your room. although my room was close in Building 6 we still were taken to our room via a buggy. my dear friend Benjamas has comfortably accommodated us with the pool access room. the bed was perfectly firm to our liking. Benjamas along with her team had decorated our room and placed a lovely delicious pastry in our minibar.
the morning buffet is a large spread starting with tea coffee and ending with fruits. they do serve halal food and have all kinds of veggies and meats in their buffet.
you will love the rooms and enjoy your stay, yes you might find few things which the management would need to look into and rectify them to avoid any inconvenience to the guests.
the property is located between Patong and Kamala beach which is easily accessible via walk or Grab Taxi
i will definitely recommend theo property for people travelling to Phuket.
