Good hotel, terrible service
Excellent location in Patong. Everything is within walkable distance. Nice hotel, good breakfast, but unfortunately terrible service. For everything we had to call 5 times and wait for 45 minutes to get ice or coffee or to get housekeeping to have the room cleaned. This was the one real negative aspect. Hopefully they improve their service, otherwise it will be a complete waste of a good hotel!

Great Memorable Stay
Great location with good facilities to make an enjoyable stay in Patong. Rooms are spacious with lots of inclusions for a comfortable stay. Definitely stay there again.
A True 5* Experience in Hospitality
From the Hotel reception to the rooms to the staff and the ambience- everything 5*. People humble courteous and very helpful. always a smile on the face. Location - 10/10 absolutely on the main street. everything near by. definitely must recommended for friends and family trips.
Lovleh Rooftop Bar
Really friendly staff and very clean hotel and the swim up bar was great. Rooftop bar at sunset with a cocktail (Pina Colada) is a must.
