Phuket best pool view
Best experience in Phuket. Hotel so close to everything and the boys working up at the roof top pool are the best ! Shout out to Nit, Brow and Fream !!!! You guys made my partners bday feel more than special ! Cheers
Perfect hotel
The staff have been nothing but amazing since we arrived. Went away for my birthday with my partner and we have loved the room, the location (close enough to everything but far away enough to not be in the epicentre). The bar staff at the rooftop pool even helped me celebrate (Wit, Brow, Fream).
"Charm" in name only — a noisy, dark, and deeply stressful mistake
Do not be fooled by the over-glamorised photos online. In reality, The Charm Resort is tucked down a weird back street and feels a little tired. The corridors give off a distinct prison-block vibe, and the facilities are equally bizarre. We tried visiting the pool bar at 10 PM to find it completely deserted, and later had to navigate the toilets in pitch darkness because the lights refused to turn on.
In the room, the air conditioning spent the entire night impersonating a roaring jet engine, which made sleep practically impossible. As for the food, it was average/ok. Nothing special but filled a hole.
The grand finale was our departure. The taxi service operating out of reception decided turning up 20 minutes late for an airport run was perfectly acceptable. When I panicked and begged reception to call us an alternative, they offered zero urgency, choosing instead to repeatedly inform me that the driver wasn't answering his phone. Tremendously helpful!
Thankfully, we only booked a single night as I’m not sure I would have survived a second. Never again.
Excellent Hospitality, Friendly Staff & Lovely Pool Access!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at The Charm Resort Phuket – Deluxe Pool Access
We had a lovely stay at The Charm Resort Phuket from 3rd to 5th October 2026, staying in the Deluxe Pool Access room.
The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the pool access was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It was so nice and relaxing to step out directly to the pool and enjoy the atmosphere.
The resort is also conveniently located, making it easy to explore Patong, with nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions.
What made our stay even more memorable was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Miss Jane from the Sales & Marketing team, who kindly took the time to bring us around for a hotel inspection. We truly appreciate her time, hospitality, and willingness to share more about the resort with us. Her warm and professional service made a very positive impression on us. Also thank you so much to Khun Ice, Khun Tik for very helpful in arranging my booking.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience at The Charm Resort Phuket. We would happily recommend this resort to couples and travelers looking for a comfortable stay with lovely pool access and excellent hospitality.

Good but room for improvement
Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on an all inclusive basis. Cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel. Rooms comfortable. Only downside is only 2 sachets of tea and coffee replenished every day with 2 small bottles of water. Food was excellent, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was cooked to order from a set menu, which had a good choice. On the whole this is a good hotel to stay in. Personally I would not return due to the fact that the inclusive drinks menu is very disappointing. The choice of drinks that are included are very limited. You have a choice of two beers, 5 local cocktails, various soft drinks, orange, pineapple juice and one sprit which is a local whisky. Red, White wine, tea and coffee are not included in all inclusive. I did enquire if I could buy a bottle of wine from their own wine list to keep behind the bar, so I could enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. Unfortunately this was denied and was told I would have pay for a glass of wine and coffee. I have paid for an all inclusive package which should at least include tea and coffee at meal times. I think this hotel needs to rethink the all inclusive drinks menu. I have given this hotel 3 stars, deducted 1 star for the drinks menu. Unfortunate, as I would have given 4.5 stars if the drinks menu was not so limited.
