The resort itself is a great place for relaxation, a place where guests can enjoy delicious Thai or international dishes and chilled cocktails or work on their tan around the outdoor pool. There is a fitness centre for those who want to maintain their muscle tonus and a shaded garden where to retreat with an interesting book in hand.

Top top hotel with golf package
Went on a golfing holiday package with the charm resort our hotel Great rooms, top deck swimming pool and amenities. Staff were so friendly. Will want to return in the future

Helpful Staff and Good Breakfast, But Noisy and Poor WiFi
Staff were helpful and allowed us to stay in one room across multiple reservations. Breakfast had good variety.
However, the location, while near Patong Beach, is far from most attractions — taxis required everywhere. Pool access rooms lacked atmosphere. WiFi was very unstable.
Noise from nearby bar continued until 2–3 AM. Shower temperature fluctuated constantly. Mosquitoes and ants in the room. Also, unusual request for $100 cash deposit.
Good service staff, but property needs improvement.

Good Experience vacation
Room 4519. From my experience as a guest, the first thing I want to tell others is that this hotel collects a security deposit in cash; they no longer accept credit cards. I would advise other guests to prepare cash in advance before checking in. This deposit will be returned upon check-out. Everything else – the room, the staff, the location – is great. This was our third time staying here with my partner.

The Charm resort is perfect
I stayed here for two weeks in May 2026 with my family. We had two pool access rooms and could not fault them.
The cleaners came every day and the staff were amazing.
Boom (the lady on reception) was so helpful and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.
The staff genuinely seemed like they couldn't do enough to help and were so polite and friendly.
I will definitely be coming back.
The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of all the main areas of Patong beach but just tucked away enough that you are sheltered from the vibrant, often hectic antics if you need a break
All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
