Great Hotel and stay ☺️
I had a fantastic stay at this Hotel. So clean and modern with everything you need. Plenty of sockets, great shower and a little balcony if you like to smoke, or dry your swimwear. Coffee and tea making facilities and 4 complimentary bottles of water a day. Bed was very big and comfortable and quiet. I had read reviews saying it could be noisy due to the surf bar next door, I never heard anything. Close to the beach, just across the road and steps from the bustling nightlife. Pool on the top floor with a bar and great views out to the sea. I would definitely stay again. Staff were fantastic 🙏☺️

Kept $2500 after admitting fault
Such an awful experience.
My parents arrived to a very noisy and very small room. It was right next to the bar. They complained and moved, but still very noisy. The pool and rooms are also very small and not reflected well on their website. They had to find a new hotel for their 7 nights. The hotel admitted it was noisy but refused to refund 7 nights costs. They kept $2500 and booked the room out again. I would highly advised staying at this hotel.

Terrible!
Paid for deluxe sea view, got a view of the strip and a pile of rubbish! The worst part was getting into bed at 11pm after 24 hours of travelling to have workmen start drilling works until 4am right next to the hotel. We had 3 hours sleep, checked out even though we paid for 9 nights and found a far superior place to stay. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
Fantastic hotel
Hotel a couple of minutes walk from bangla rd , restaurants and sea, roof top pool is brilliant so is bangbang who looks after bar. Reception always smiling and very helpful big thanks to night porter who helped parked my friends scooter .will hopefully return one day
