If you're after a spacious base while you explore Phuket, Ashlee Heights might be for you. Look, it's just average, nothing special. The beds are hard and not comfortable, the aircon is very noisy, but cold! The location is walking distance to everything but very loud at night, so ask for a higher level. There is a pool, but no atmosphere up there. Overall, it's just average.

Clean and comfy but loud at night
Hotel was lovely and clean and in a good location. Room was very spacious and a comfy bed. Only down fall was the hotel is near a main road and the noise from the motor bikes throughout the night was rather disturbing. Would recommend though!
Are there gyms in the hotel?
Hello can someone please help me understand if the hotel has a well equipped gym? Photos of gym will be appreciated. I am looking to travel this place
Poor service
The service was extremely poor. I was asked to wait nearly three hours for a room change, but was not allowed to stay in my room and had to wait in the lobby instead. I was told to return at 2 PM, but only received the new room key at 3 PM.
Housekeeping was not done at all, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, the staff displayed poor attitudes throughout my stay.
I will not be returning.

a very big thank you to all wonderful staff at ashlee heights they are so kind looked after me while i had a most pleasant 2 week holiday perfect location great rooms excellent food second time i have and thank you for the wonderful fruit platter you made me see you all again next year
