They have refused reply’s if to me via email
So I odered a taxi this morning from my room, the staff member I spoken to waited 30 min then told me I couldn't order a taxi till 8am I already explained to him that I had to have the taxi at 7am as I would miss my flight, when he rang back at 7 he told me I had to order a grab, this is unacceptable, I ordered the Grab to the airport and ran to the taxi, he then said just as I was getting in the taxi to come back and pay my bill I said charge my card he didn't want to do this, I went to the reception paid the bill and proceeded to my taxi then as I got in my taxi he stoped me again and made me sign a bit of paper I got to the airport 3 min after check in was closed they denied me and my partner on the aeroplane as we missed check in and I've had to pay 22,248.74 bhat or £502.75p for another flight I would like thsi refunded of your hotel due to your staff member inevitavely making us miss our flight, I was very clearI needed a taxi at 7am for then for him to ring me at 7am and say your hotel dose not do taxis till 8am, this was a domino affect with bad judgement and advice given by your staff member, I am now in Malaysia with a long stay over this has disrupted my travel and my next few days Please can you pay the above

The whole resort is beautiful, surrounded by lush tropical gardens with a peaceful private beach. The lagoon pool is stunning and the room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Polly at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. She answered all my questions clearly, gave great local recommendations and handled my requests efficiently. Polly made my check-in , check- out and stay so smooth. Her warm service left a wonderful impression on our trip. Highly recommend this resort, we will come back again!

We had a memorable holiday at Thavorn Beach . The room was spacious and we got 2 bathtubs.
breakfast was excellent and a little surprising my birthday moment form FB team. And atmosphere perfect for couples.
The highlight was the gardens in the resort, that amazing.
All staff were friendly and services’s SIRO and team provided was outstanding, care, that made us feel at home every day.
Peaceful gardens and huge lagoon pool created a true paradise. Highly recommended!
