Most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in for ages
Check in to the Swissotel was brief and straightforward. Thank you Bobby. Room was not huge but adiquite. Most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in for ages. Kids club looks to be a great facility. However it seemed understaffed with just one lady ckecking kids in and out. Also I was told to be back in an hour and it was only 2pm, so I had no chance to go for the longer walk I wanted too. Handy for the beach and Dolphin bar.

Great Things about Swissotel
- Great Location- The hotel is a three minute walk to one of the most crowded beaches, Patong. The walk is covered with 2 convenience stores along the way. The Burasari Spa is right next door and there was just one massage parlour on the Hotel road (for me it is a plus). The area is well maintained and there is space to park rented bikes in the hotel premises.
- Smooth Check-In- The check in was smooth and took five minutes. We were told about the facilities and timings and handed our keys.
- Two amazing pools- There are two pools, third floor with a swim up bar and a roof top pool with an amazing view of the horizon.
Things to keep in mind while booking
- The rooms were spacious and well kept. However, the bathroom was hard to keep clean. The drain for some reason did not function to keep the bathroom dry and after washing off sand the floor would remain wet due to which the rom would get dirty easily.
- Breakfast is okay. On all three days that we had breakfast, the basic menu remain same and only one table with Thai and Indian dishes showed some variety. The selection could have been more extensive or changed more frequently.
- Room Service- The house keeping staff seemed in a hurry every time we requested tea bags, handing it over quickly before paying heed to our request.
Note: I read a few negative comments about Indians facing racist behaviour towards them. We did not face any such prejudice. In fact the staff was lovely, very warm and friendly. Please go with an open mind and a big smile!
Great Staff, Great Room
Staff were amazing and very helpful. I arrived earlier than my check in time but the staff accomodated me an earlier check in. The Room was clean and had been maintained to a 5 star level. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily ensuring all my toiletries were restocked as well. The bed provided was very comfortable and one of the best I have slept in during many of my visits to Thailand.

Best location, good Hotel !!!
During our summer holiday we were on the 2 weeks Thailand trip. I was searching for nice hotel close to Patong beach. On the various booking site this hotel came up highly recommended. I book this hotel directly with them as they offer great better deal then booking thorough hotel booking website. We were flying through Bangkok from Kathmandu with Thai airways. 5 hours Layover wasn’t very pleasant as I was traveling with my 86 years dad and 8 years daughter also. Hotel pick us up from airport on time as we came out of the airport they were waiting for up drive to hotel was around 30 minute. Was smooth late night drive as we were very tired. Check in was quick efficient.
They provide us room 505 and 504 they both great room with good amenities. Hotel was somehow quite even our room was street facing. Sleeping quality was very good. They provided very decent buffet breakfast on the ground floor with good selection of breakfast included with our room. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were very satisfied service provided by Swissotel. Overhaul great stay good value of money. Highly recommended for family and looking for higher standard accommodation in Phukhet. Thank you for your great hospitality we will certainly stay here again if we return to Phukhet.

Wonderful experience
We checked in on sep 1st 2022, It was very amazing and their service is very good. Behavior of hotel staffs was very nice, especially the reception staff Hanna was very helpful from the first day onwards. She helped us a lot.
Hotel was well maintained with beutiful big pool,lights,gardens and rooms. Cool and calm atmosphere in the hotel made a mind blowing experience.
