Very good location, quiet rooms, large balcony and Jacuzzi. Great room service and reception staff. Loved the stay

Negatives: Worst breakfast selection I've had in Thailand in a few years, even worse than Tropica's. Rock solid croissants. Cold fried eggs left for selection (cover them up), 2 out of 3 I had contained egg shells. Juice can't be called juice. Tea is a jug full of 10 teabags. Person replenishing food coughing all over the place.

Rooms are great, but if you're a non smoking hotel, you need to make up your mind! Ash trays on Balcony encourage smoking. Breeze blows into rooms from Balcony, so that cigarette and weed smoke is often concentrated in the corridors.

Dangerous sharp edges especially in corner where fridge is located in rooms with Jacuzzi.. these need to be filed down or covered.

3000thb deposit needs to be adjusted. An allowance for a card deposit should be considered. 3000thb returned to customers when they may be leaving the country isnt considerate.

Customer service and room service great! More Shampoo, sorted. Smaller pillows, sorted, Ironing board, sorted.

The hotel is perfectly located if you want to be in the heart of the Patong area. If you’re looking for a quiet and calm environment, this may not be the right place for you. But if you want to be central and close to entertainment, bars, and restaurants: look no further!

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool in the main building is phenomenal, with outstanding views.

The food was delicious, and the drinks and beer were fairly priced. Overall, a very good option in a GREAT location!
