Don’t stay here.
This hotel is one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
To start with , when we entered the room of the villa,we were hit with the smell of sewage, and when we reported it to reception, they brought a can of air freshener spray to fix the problem, which it didn’t, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed.
Secondly , the bed was as hard as a rock, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well.
Thirdly, the shower was an absolute nightmare, it was either too hot or too cold and you couldn’t get the water temperature where it was comfortable.
The next day we went to reception to try and change our room and we were given another room that was much better in terms of the smell, the air conditioning and more room around the bed, and the bed was a bit softer, but the shower was only slightly better in regards to adjusting the water temperature.
Overall the hotel needs a massive upgrade in order to attract future guests, until then DON’T even bother with this place, there are better and cheaper options available around the area.

Worst management, pathetic service
The hotel property is nice with pathetic service.
No one at reception understand english We were tired by overnight flight and reached hotel earlier and asked if we could check in early with extra pay, they didn't respond well With exhausted night and day even after checkin time the room was not ready and we literally waited extra 30 min which in total was 4 hours of waiting 👎
Very rude behaviour towards customers 👎 Shower and tap has inconsistent pressure 👎 Food at breakfast are same everyday also some items were leftovers from the other day 👎
Receptionist doesn't know how to talk to customers Talking to manager is no way possible because they push you out if you try to reach manager. Pathetic service i have ever seen my entire lifetime

16 Days in paradise
Really lovely hotel. Location is great. Close enough to enjoy the nightlife and noisy areas. We opted for the Grand Suite. This was one that had just been renovated. It was lovely apart from a few small issues. Jacuzzi didn't have enough power to heat water to use. Shower leaked at bottom of door. But saying that once you told the staff they were quick to sort out the shower issue. We then returned after a few days away to book the room again. But wasn't told no water, so was moved to a Pavilion. Also nice. The only issue with this amazing hotel is the the hotel to the side called Lub D. Its a cheap party hotel that has reception music blaring until early hours. So being in the new refurbished Grand was on the side close. That spoils this hotel for me. Maybe suggestion for hotel is put trees or a screen up to muffle the Lub noise. The staff ARE AMAZING. Manager is great and they ALL cannot do enough for you. This is an honest review of our stay and experience. If it wasn't for the hotel and the noise ( i get it they pay their money too) but its just unfortunate for this lovely hotel and that peace and tranquillity for its surrounding to have that music from 9am-3-4am daily. And this is the reception area not from rooms or guests. But the staff make it. They cannot do enough from the security guard, receptionists, cleaners and handymen. ALL 5*. The pictures don't do it justice. But what pictures Do when you go to Thailand. Restaurant adjoined is nothing tom do with hotel but really nice and decent prices. Partner highly recommends the Strawberry Daiquiri.
$1000 Baht extra charge for ANY guest in the room!
I’m an over 50 single man traveling to Thailand for the 3rd time usually for a month in Phuket. This time this hotel charges $1000 baht for a guest to come to my room! That should have been posted on the original page for BOOKINGS! As a single man who enjoys the Opposite Sex! Paying $1000 baht per occurrence is Unexpected! Short time hotels charge $400-500. Sooo if your a single man thinking of extra activities in the ROOM BEWARE! It’s ok per management to have th guest I. The lobby or swimming pool as long as they change in the bathroom in the lobby! What trash. Won’t book this place again.
