A 2.5 star hotel
This property is nothing like described. It has no pool, no restaraunt and certainly not recently renovated. The rooms leak the paint is falling off the walls. Our televion had no channels that were watchable even after they changed the television

Nice hotel, friendly staff but the air con didn’t work.
Lovely hotel, bit the air con didn’t work. Every night they were coming to repair it but still didn’t work. The staff is nice.
1am renovations for hours. Last for months TV faulty
1am renovations. Staff no inform us at all. We all awake up the super loud renovation that happens for hours in the middle of the night. Staff says the shopping mall renovations during the midnight. Guess would be there for months.
TV faulty. Deluxe 35m2 no bathtub .
Location is good. But when you won't be able to sleep with midnight renovation for a long period. Staff is friendly. No breakfast provided. One lift. Corridor very hot.

2am renovations. LOUD LOUD NOISE
extremely LOUD renovation ongoing beside the hotel rooms. In the middle of 2am. Staff did not allow us to change room despite calling them. Television was faulty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Total Tourist Trap, Terrible Rooms, and Dishonest Staff!
I experienced a complete scam and highly unprofessional behavior at Pimnara Boutique Hotel. Yesterday evening, I went to the reception to make a long-term booking from November 11th to December 23rd, 2026. The receptionist named Wann and I went through and checked all of the hotel rooms one by one. He claimed that the internet system was down, so he couldn't enter the booking. To secure the reservation, he made me write down my name, surname, the exact dates of my stay, email address, and phone number on a piece of paper. He explicitly promised a rate of 1,000 Baht per night with a 15% discount and gave me a strict guarantee for a room facing the boxing stadium instead of the mall interior.
When I returned today, Wann and another female receptionist completely denied their words. Even though they had my written contact details and dates, they tried to rip me off by demanding a staggering 60,000 Baht total!
Furthermore, the rooms are absolutely terrible and not worth a single Baht. Since the hotel is located inside a mall, it is extremely noisy. The heavy cooking smells from the restaurants right next door leak directly into the rooms. On top of that, the rooms are extremely humid, poorly maintained, old, and have a very dark, gloomy atmosphere. They used a "system error" excuse yesterday just to trap a tourist, and today they completely changed the price. Zero professionalism, zero honesty. Avoid this place at all costs!
