Hotel very central check in very Quick nice size room rooms cleaned daily not the best service very simple just made bed placed clean towels had to put rubbish outside door twice. We are a party of four ladies and have never experienced bar staff to be so rude even though we purchased at bar numerous times if you requested top up of ice it was a further 50 bhat shocking .our third visit to Patong and sadly our experience stay in this hotel have made our decision not to return to Patong.I will say the most friendly member of staff is the security gent on main gate and the lady serving in the little boutuque our stay was in 131 check out Jan 20 can't wait Annette
Great stay near beach!
We had an amazing experience. The rooms were super comfortable. The swimming pools were beautifully maintained and can accommodate lots of crowd. They have a huge swimming pool and 3-4 big ones in the whole resort. There is a separate kids pool as well. The property is a super luxury and so close to market and beaches. The best part is once you enter the property you won't feel any crowd buzzing and it's right next to Phuket beach. Our experience was great and great value for money. The property and rooms are super clean and maintained very well.

Ideal location with great staff
We visited in October 2023. Our exoerience was next level. The staff were outstanding and the location is amazing.
Great location, great staff, “home away from home”
We stayed for the month of May in a Garden wing room next to the pool. Room 170. This is our second stay in this room. Love the spacious room. Love the location and proximity to the pool. Very quiet at night, except if you have inconsiderate rowdy neighbours coming back at 3.30 in the morning 😤. Not the resorts fault! The inconsiderate people. The Rainbow bar by the pool staff are the best. We spent a lot of time swimming, happy hour, poolside lunch and catching up with new friends. Jantra and her team are 10/10. Very helpful, friendly and funny. They always remembered our drinks preferences and offered Great service always with a smile. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offers many and varied choices from Thai, Indian, Vego, egg corner and various breads, fruit and pastries. We used room service a number of times. Meals were delivered within about 20 mins. Hot and tasty. If we go back to Patong, we will definitely be back to the Patong Resort Hotel. It really is “our home away from home”. We walked everywhere but there were always tuktuk and taxis available. We found some real gems for lunch but the Eurasia restaurant was one of our favourites with so many choices we found it hard to choose.

Best location and book premium deluxe villa in front of pool at ground floor
This property has 3 entries and all 3 entries land you to the best location Entry 1 - takes u directly to bangla street Entry 2- takes u patong beach Entry 3- takes u to Juengfero mall
The front office team is quite supportive and fast in their work. Special thanks to khwankanok kongnakorn for a smooth check in and being helpful for small request.
The only con is the hotel do not have a great Indian BF options. Otherwise everything was super awesome.
