Great hotel
Well located in a busy area but quiet inside hotel.We provided some feedback to F &B manager which they took on board and acted on.Fantastic helpful staff even though some guests were rude and arrogant towards them.Happy to revisit Smokehouse buffet by Chris ( chef) was the best meal in Patong

A Great Stay Thanks to Nemo
We recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort and had the pleasure of meeting Nemo. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. His warm attitude made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Nemo!

Large Hotel but nice suprise
Roo.s are smallish but adequate. Our room was very modern. Great location to walk to everything. The gardens are amazing and opposite Patong beach. We stayed here as visiting the dentist. Staff are all friendly. Thankyou to NEMO for fantastic service, he was friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff also did a great job..it is a big hotel but seemed to manage all the crowd. We stayed in block 7..pool accesswhich was very handy. I just did not like the way some people [alot] hang their washing out on balcony for all to see. Did not want to see peoples underwear as you swim past. Other than that all good.
