Family‑Friendly Stay including activities
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made our visit feel welcoming from the start. There were plenty of kids’ activities available, and when not participating in those, the endless swimming options kept everyone entertained. The highlight was the night pool — such a unique and enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Up to now, having just checked in, my experience has been excellent. The front desk staff I met was Got Ji, who was very nice. Although the pool-view room we were promised wasn't ready yet, Got Ji initially said we'd wait an hour, but surprisingly, it turned out to be only half an hour. The entire communication was smooth and pleasant, and they also extended some membership perks within their means. Plus, the pineapple juice at the lobby was really good.
