Fantastic, hotel, location, and super staff. A definite value for money.
Fantastic location in the heart of the Patong area. On one side you are on the beach and the other side you are in the main Patong road. The no of pools in the hotel and the choice of restaurants is amazing. A fantastic spread at breakfast and the pool facing rooms are wonderful.
However what stands out is the service by the entire staff. Everyone is so attentive and provides service with a smile. A mention of Anton, Money Prai, Fah and Maggie. We were a large group as we were celebrating my milestone birthday. Money and Anton accommodated all our requests with a smile.

The hotel was great. Incredible and welcoming staff. They all had great attention to detail and always made sure we had our need met.
Rooms were clean and better than the pictures. They always prioritized making rooms fast and we'll in the morning.
Within great walking distance to anything we needed or wanted. Mild noise on a room directly facing the street, still tested well.
Pools and services were on point. Restaurants were varied and food was great. Live music and ambience.
A few honorable mentions, Nadia at the welcome desk, Janny Kung and Jaoh Nana at the breakfast buffet. Like I said, great service and attention to detail.
