Great family resort.
Great location. Lovely lobby. Clean and cozy rooms. Fantastic pool. Nice breakfast with halal and Indian options. Shout out to front desk staff Aly for her pleasant personality and very helpful nature. Even though she was a traniee, but was bery professional. Will surely return here.
Recommend, good for all round activities
I have stayed for 10 nights, my wife, daughter (12) son (3) and myself. Our experience has been amazing, the service was always above beyond and done to the best standards possible
I would like to give a special shout out to Golf from food and bev, my son can be difficult with eating and he was very calm and kind to him.
Khom and the entire team were helpful with all of our needs and made us feel welcome no matter the request.

Traveling with Peanut allergy, very safe!
This was our first time in Thailand for our honeymoon and I have a severe peanut allergy. When informing the hotel’s Square Restaurant, the staff were very receptive and made sure the chefs and other staff members were aware. During breakfast, Khom, one of the staff members, gave us a tour of the buffet and showed me exactly which items were not safe to eat. She indicated that allergen icons were clearly labeled on each food item. Throughout our stay, Khom took care of us every breakfast and the staff made me feel very safe.
We were also impressed by the poolside access room that was clean and had a private jacuzzi.
The in Balance spa was very relaxing and we had a couples scrub and oil massage.
