A big shout for the IVY who helped me so much
It's value for money but room service is not excellent rest everything very good.Location great, atmosphere- great, room service- average. But front desk too helpful I met IVY on the front desk she was a gem 💎 I was having some back problem she helped me in upgrading my room.

It was a pleasant stay here. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is too good. Staff are very friendly. Specifically Ivy from reception is very friendly and explained all hotel policies very clearly. I appreciate the way she is responding and helping everyone. Will prefer the same hotel in future too.
