Secret gem in Patong
Wonderful good surprise to firstly see a Novotel hotel of great quality which I was not expecting. All too often in Europe they can be basic. In Phuket not.
But the real secret wonderful thing I found was the lovely spa with its fabulous staff and facilities.
I’ve had two treatments with the amazing Therapist, Khun Karat and I have to say as good a body scrub and massage as I have ever had in Phuket. Karat is fabulous and her colleagues all wonderful and kind. I will definitely go again.
