Great accommodation
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged our pickup from the airport and that was seamless. On arrival at the hotel it was pouring with rain, and everyone quicky assisted to make us feel welcome. Jimmy at reception even gave us his WhatsApp number so we could contact him with any questions. The lovely lady, Lah, attended to our room daily, and it was perfect. The breakfast team including Kwang, Gun, Few, Au, Tum, Nim, Shokun and Baibua spoiled us with an amazing selection of food and great service every morning. At the swimming pool Pung and Edo remembered our room number and faces and had the towels ready with delay. The room was big enough for two adults and our 14 year old daugher and we made use of the shuttle going into town often. All in all a geat experience and real value for money.

Atmosphere was great, my family had a wonderful time there, plus the food was amazing.

We had such a great time at Novotel phuket resort. The management and staff were extra friendly and helpful. The resort and pools were clean. The food was great and we had a fantastic experience with Chef Vijay and his team. They made my birthday celebration easy and smooth. The food was delicious and the environment hygienic. I would highly recommend this resort.

Magic location with great green lanscape and facilities! Feels like yiu are part if nature. Great place, excellent people and service! Special thanks for therapists Karat and New for great massage services! We really enjoyed our stay in Novotel and will recommend it to others!
