We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was very pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
A special thank you for the amazing massage with Thong. We took advantage of the special promotion for a full-body and facial massage, received a great discount, and even got an additional bonus. Thong was very professional and attentive throughout the entire treatment, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the massage.
Everything was excellent. Thank you very much for the wonderful service and hospitality! We would be happy to come back again.

I was in Novotel with my family for 2 weeks and my experience was amazing. Staff friendly and very polite specially the breakfast team Kwang, Au, Gun, Few, Nimand Judy. They will get a star for you if ask them to do it. I highly recommend this hotel

We went in a group of 17people and this staff Tum Kwang Nim and Few au Judy gun gve us very good srvice in dinning area.

Lovely staff and great food
We had dinner at the restaurant and the staff were so lovely: K Na, K Fon & K Chin deserve a special mention for being so kind and patient with our kids! Great service and great food thank you 🙏🏽
