Lovely hotel and good location for exploring
Lovely looking hotel built in traditional Thai style . Good location for everything in Patong. Rooms were lovely but we were allocated rooms backing onto adjoining flats and an industrial unit so sitting on the balcony’s was not an option as it was very noisy and men were accessing a storage unit next to my balcony . It also meant curtains had to be kept closed. Breakfast was ok . Hotel restaurant food was very good and they had offers on for Happy Hours. The pool was lovely and available until 9pm. The staff in the restaurant and pool areas were friendly. Transfer time from airport is an hour. Access to other areas was very easy using Grab. We also did a trip to Maya beach and Phi phi islands whilst there , highly recommend.

Wonderful Service from Bar Staff
I had wonderful service from Billy and Kan! They were very polite and always provide service with a smile.

It was truly a beautiful experience here in Thailand phuket, the Nipa Resort was truly a calming experience, the place itself and our rooms were incredibly clean, they were still eco -friendly and did regular checks. You have a chance at enjoying great amenities, facilities and foood, with many great places near by to visit and explore. Noise level was kept a great level day and night. I loved the service from the staff members especially Ya, Ned, Pleng & Zaii who were amazing and helped us in so many ways. This is a great value for your money, I hope to visit again.

Great location, fun pool atmosphere, room clean, good value. really enjoyed the morning breakfast, service from Pleng and Billie was fantastic - much recommended.
