Comfortable, friendly
Overall the atmosphere is quite pleasant , the staff are super friendly, facilities are great, and surprisingly it’s quiet here although it’s near the crowded area bangla road. However, we encountered socket issue and water heater broken, they just responded fast and resolved them quickly.
Nice environment and good location
It is located near to the centre, yet the sound proof is good. Room and whole hotel is clean and tidy makes us feel comfortable. And all the staffs are very helpful and friendly. One of the staff helped us to contact the tour agency when the day-trip van was late to pick us up. Overall, it is a good value for money hotel.
Summer holiday at Nap patong
This is the first time I came to Phuket and I had a great time here and thank you the Nap patong hotel for your service. The staffs are hospitable and professional, the room is clean and convenient, breakfast is tasty, I like sausages and fried chicken most. Thank you Mim, Run, Pueng for your take care.

I love the tranquil atmosphere, clean room, and delicious food in Nap Patong. I also really appreciate the friendly staff including Mim, Run, Pueng. They are cute and always willing to support us. Chài đì mác!!! Gonna come back again if I have a chance. Hope the hotel would have a smooth repair process. Rak mak mak.
