This property is about 15-minute walk to Patong beach, Bangla Road and Junceylon Shopping Mall. There is a boxing stadium nearby where travellers can learn Thai Boxing at very special rates. Phuket International Airport is 50 minutes by car. The resort welcomes visitors from around the world with a glowing hospitality, bringing back the beautiful traditions of the local people. Fitted with a balcony, each air-conditioned room features a flat-screen cable TV, fridge and en-suite bathroom with shower facilities. The on-site restaurant offers variety of tasteful Thai and International dishes at a price anyone could reach. Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience – Do Not Book
We are a travel agency from Sri Lanka, and we booked a Deluxe Room at Naina Resort for a honeymoon couple. From the moment they arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The guests shared a video of the room, and it looked like a basic guesthouse, not a resort. There were serious issues, including air conditioning not working properly, damaged doors, poor cleanliness, bathroom plumbing problems, and even electrical leakage concerns.
We immediately contacted the hotel and requested to change the room or provide an upgraded room. However, there was no proper response. The guest also informed the hotel, and they only sent a worker to fix the door temporarily, without addressing the overall condition of the room.
In this situation, we made multiple international calls to resolve the issue. The reception staff was very rude, not flexible, and unprofessional. Initially, they asked for 500 THB for a room upgrade. Due to the late evening, we could not ask our guest to move to another hotel, so we tried to arrange a one-night upgrade by paying 500 THB. However, the reception staff refused and insisted that if we wanted an upgrade, we had to pay for the full stay. She strictly maintained her position without any flexibility.
As a travel agent, we called many times, but there was no proper support. We requested a refund when they could not provide the upgrade, but this was also refused. Due to this situation, we had to arrange another hotel for our guest at an additional cost.
They did not reply to emails, there was no proper communication channel like WhatsApp, and overall coordination was very poor. They clearly do not understand basic hospitality standards and are not maintaining a 4-star level. The operation feels unprofessional and poorly managed.
If they treat travel agents this way, individual travelers should be very cautious. We hope it was run by an underworld team or gangsters
⚠️ We strongly advise against making any booking with this property. It is not suitable even for budget travelers. Better to avoid unnecessary trouble and protect your holiday experience.
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed , clean . Spacious , food was lovely but above all that the staff couldn't have done enough they were amazing funny kind helpful and attentive we are so happy we are coming back next year . Jibin was also very good at recommending trips and helping us book beautiful days out
A fantastic hotel with outstanding staff who can't do enough for you. Krisp is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a large choice and chef on hand to cook your eggs. Amazing views and walks for an authentic Thailand experience. There's a beautiful coffee shop and bakery on site with very friendly staff. The room was airy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend
This little hotel is a welcome oasis of calm in the midst of the frantic streets of Patong. We stayed in low season so the hotel was very quiet with only a few guests. I liked the layout of the hotel with the attractive countryside style garden beside the restaurant and the attractive pool near the rooms. There is a boxing stadium on site, but this caused no disturbance, again possibly because it was low season. I have mixed feelings about about the restaurant. Breakfast offered a variety of Thai dishes and freshly cooked eggs, including good omelettes prepared to order, but the bread was just terrible. The staff on the whole complex were charming, but there was a bit of a language barrier at times. My room was clean and serviceable, but had its faults. Some of the sockets appeared out of order and the shower had a mind of its own! Daily housekeeping was carried out, but was a touch erratic, eg sometimes I got 2 hand towels, sometimes one, but generally I was happy enough with the cleaning. The room was basic but provided all I needed. I had no issues with the WiFi. The pool could do with some maintenance, but was clean and provided plenty of sunbeds and parasols, with more in the garden.
