Amazing stay.
What an amazing stay! Absolutely fantastic, and I honestly cannot fault a thing.
The staff were exceptional, from the security team at the main gate to the front of house team, the restaurant and back of house staff, and especially the head chef, who kindly assisted me with gluten-free options. It’s clear this is a very well run hotel, where genuine care and attention to guests really shine through.
I would especially like to recognise my lovely ladies in the lobby area: Tiffy, Kam, Irin, Pinky and Emily. You all made my stay extra special with your warmth, kindness and outstanding service.
Thank you all for making my stay such a wonderful experience.I will certainly remember it fondly and will be back.
