Honestly, this hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars—except because of Mazen. His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service were the only reason this stay felt like a five-star experience. Thank you, Mazen! ⭐
Very good Hotel
Two minutes away from Bangla Road and very clean and comfy rooms, staff is very friendly and welcoming except the receptionist i do not remember his name unfortunately.

The hotel with their Grace and this is a very confident, and the stuff is very helpful and kind and sweet I recommended Mr Adams. He’s a good stuff and he’s very gentle.

Everything was good i stayed for 5 days it was good stay and it’s middle of every whrere , bat helped us alot in checking in and out even when we needed room service
