Staff Excellent
This hotel is inside a shopping mall, so the location is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. All the staff were kind, friendly, and made me feel welcome. I would like to give a special thank you to the receptionist Wii. She is such a lovely and caring person. She always helpful me anything during my stay. Every morning when I came down for breakfast, she greeted me with a big smile I would also like to thank you Pim for the warm welcome and excellent service. She was very kind and professional. we will come back again to this hotel
