Clean and comfortable
Clean and comfortable rooms. I had a room with an double bed my brother and his friend had a twin bed room. Air con was great. Room cleaned daily. WiFi ok Pool very nice Location was good - very close to night markets which we loves and close enough to beach and bangla road.

Don't stay here!
After a frightening experience on my first night in Patong, I wanted to move to another area where I felt safer, but the Manager dismissed my experience, made patronizing comments, and wouldn't refund for the extra nights. No concern for safety of female guests.
Great, but not the best
Stayed here in end of May/early June 2024.
Location - just nice, towards the end of busy main road in Patong. Malin Plaza, a fantastic eatery is just the opposite. 5-7 mins walk to the beach. But honestly, it is quite a walk to anywhere if you want to have that “Patong” experience.
Room - I got the ground floor room. Great, but little did I know that my room is facing a dead end wall. That resulted to a dull and dark room. Plus, the lighting itself didn’t help. The bed urgh it was so hard! I had trouble sleeping for all 5 nights! It says a KING bed when actually it was 2 twin beds be put together. You could feel the middle line when you are on the bed. I was like whaaat.
Cleanliness - this one is perfect. Daily housekeeping. But the bathroom had this strange sewage smell from time to time. So that’s a bit turn off.
Lastly, please prepare THB 1,000 for deposit CASH. Cards are not accepted. I mean, why?

Mazi Design Hotel, Patong Beach
The hotel is a little boutique hotel, clean and modern. The rooms are very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good too. Close to beach, about 10 minute walk. The pool is just lovely, we had a room overlooking pool.
Avoid room 803
This is a nice hotel staff were great housekeeping were brilliant. Never ate here so can't comment on the food great food market just across the road. Our room was on the top floor nice room clean a pretty well appointed. But the bathroom hdd a fan in the roof and the slightest breeze it was horrific it howled and howled all night and was unbearable a couple of nights. We mentioned it to receptionist but unfortunately we were going out all day so were unable to change room and as we were leaving the following day never really bothered changing
