A very bad experience.
Not good at all 1- Room service is extremely poor. 2- The reception staff are excellent—but only until payment is made. 3- There is constant noise from hotel staff on every floor, making it impossible to sleep or rest. 4- Staff behavior is very poor, particularly that of a Pakistani employee. 5- Ali—an Egyptian employee who works in both the restaurant and at reception—is the only respectful and truly exemplary staff member.
I deeply regret not taking photos of the room to substantiate my claims and provide concrete proof of the terrible room service. Given the owner's response—claiming that comfort is a subjective, individual matter—I would rather sleep outside than stay at this hotel; at least then, I wouldn't have to deal with such poor treatment.

Great hotel with everything you need. It is clean and the staff are warm and friendly.

Best service good hotel
The best location near everything beach restaurants shopping mall room clean breakfast halal and delicious staff was amazing service especially Angie she helped us during stay
