Fantastic Stay with Great Location and Service
We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Patong. The hotel is in a great location—close enough to walk to Patong Beach, restaurants, markets, and nightlife, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pool access areas were beautiful. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We especially appreciated the excellent service, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Mercure Patong to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Phuket.

Wonderful stay the Grand Mercure
Wonderful 6 night stay at the Grand Mercure Patong. Travelling with a family of 6 we found the service to be super friendly and respectful by all the staff but a big shout out to Ryan who regularly took our orders at the Bubbles restaurant - genuine great staff. Other highlights is the location and walking distance to the shopping malls and Bangla. Hoping to be back in the future.

Fantastic everything about the place was amazing
Fantastic time at the Grand Mercure
The Great team at the Grand Mercure ensured i had a comfortable and easy stay. Always full of smiles and happy to help. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to all Patong has to offer and easy to get out of tien for other adventures. Good value and well maintained facilities.
