Great experience, great location!
This is our first time going to Phuket as a couple, and Grand Mercure Phuket Patong helped us elevate the experience! From great breakfast, personal swimming pool access from our room, and great proximity to fun places and attractions, Grand Mercure truly was a great choice. Huge shout-out to Ploy who assisted us on our last breakfast in the hotel; she was such a delight and have helped us cap our Phuket trip with a warmth and hospitality.

Just did the thai cooking class, 3 courses with chef d, jasmine and ploy, food was delicious, Would highly recommend

A Memorable Stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong
I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and provided a great overall experience. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sita Chaytri for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, and her genuine care made my experience even more enjoyable.
