A decent bed and breakfast hotel
We were a group. Good bed and breakfast hotel with basic amenities at a good location. That’s all! Don’t expect a spa, a good pool, service, answering phone calls. I also felt that hotel is too open with no access controls like anyone can enter. Some security measures will be good to introduce.

We had a lovely evening at Chao Leh Kitchen at Four Points by Sheraton. A special thank you to Matthew, Gift, Rak and PP for their warm welcome and attentive service. Their friendliness and care made us feel very welcome and added a personal touch to our visit. Thank you to the team for making our evening so enjoyable!

Breakfast is spectacular! Custom options, chefs standing by, fresh soup bowl made to order, my favorite is a small bagel with a ton of smoked salmon on top and horseradish mayo with onions and lemon 🤤.
Service is beyond exceptional! They watch you like a hawk, take away plates, offer to help u get anything while you eat. Some of the best espresso I’ve ever had, I take mine black. Premier stop while in Phuket!!!

A Great All Round Hotel - Recommended
A great hotel all round , very friendly staff and perfectly located - close enough to the Patong action but still far enough away for peace and quiet . Special mention to Ms. Love who checked us in early , gave us a great room and a late checkout which made our stay at the hotel even more special . Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a great quality hotel , excellent value for money and a high level of service from everyone working there .
