Great location mediocre property
The hotel is pretty rundown. Some of the rooms are upgraded so make sure you get an upgraded room. While we were staying there, they put us in part of the hotel that has construction. We had to complain and they moved us. On the other side, the location is fantastic centrally located and near everything

Overall experience is good
Some comments below. Breakfast: - minimum meat selection, steam dim sum is not hot Room:
- no pen & note paper , knife & plate in room
- housekeeping should be completed earlier ( e.g before 2:00pm)
Bar:
- the bottle white wine in not cool enough
The overall service is good .
Great stay
We stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to Thailand lovely hotel and being diamond members we got an upgraded pool access room and some free drinks vouchers. The room was spotless and well equipped and had a door leading out to the pool which came in handy .breakfast was great lots of selections and always got a little diamond members treat daily .we ate a couple of times at the port restaurant food was very food and decent portions and also had our drinks there as well while watching the world go by . The gym was small and a bit dated but served us well for a few days . Pool area was great but a little bit noisy because off ongoing renovations at the hotel .The staff at this hotel in every department are amazing all friendly and very knowledgeable people who are a credit to thishotel all in this was a great stay and would not hesitate to come back in the future .

Our favorite hotel in Phuket
This was a beautiful hotel in a great location right next to Patong Beach and Kim’s spa for the best spa experience in Phuket. The breakfast was incredible with fresh squeezed juice and food from all over, including Mediterranean cuisine. The pool was perfect for kids. The room was clean and well maintained. Air Kate, Jonah and Noon were very helpful and kind during our stay.
