Amazing stay.
This resort is amazing, from check in to check out there were no issues. The entire staff are polite, helpful, and very courteous. The only downfall you need to be aware of, the resort is built into the side of a cliff, so there are lots of stairs from reception to your room, however there is a shuttle runs every 10mins or on request. We had a Luxury Escapes all inclusive package, which is the best value for money. The resort is only a 20min walk to the famous Bangla Rd, if you want to spend extra money on food & drinks, but the resort has everything you need. Our package included a 60min massage, each, which was utterly amazing, thank you to View, Pond and Faye !!!!!. We highly recommend the Diamond Cliff Resort &Spa. We will be back.

Pathetic experience
Absolutely pathetic experience at Diamond Cliff, Phuket. For a so-called 5-star property, keeping guests waiting until 4 PM for a 2 PM check-in after travelling all night is completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive and utterly unhelpful. Repeated apologies meant nothing when no actual solution was provided. The food and drinks offered were equally disappointing. Supremely low-grade service and nowhere close to 5-star standards

Great experience, beautiful hotel , amazing staff & service. Friendly atmosphere always obliging . Clean room & facilities . Central to everything . Thank you to all the beautiful staff that helped make our stay so relaxing & stress free .. would recommend to anyone.
