Amazing truly professional
One 30 minute massage, and it was amazing! The therapist, the atmosphere, all of the staff from the receptionist to everyone we had an interaction with, the whole experience was 10/10 and there was tea on arrival and after it was such a lovely treat.
Lovely hotel
My family and I spent a lovely 5 nights at this hotel. It took us over 24 hours to reach the hotel from our original destination and when we arrived we were welcomed with friendly staff and a delicious drink. The breakfast was tasty and the pool area and bar was clean with a lovely vibe. The room (sea view suite) was amazing and spacious with a separate dressing room, bath and shower and the hotel accommodated connecting rooms for my children and I. There are plenty of eating places (plus 2 7/11) nearby and travelling as a family, I was pleased to discover a hut opposite the hotel that provided laundry services at a reasonable price and delivered washed clothes back to hotel reception. The reason why I gave this hotel a 4.5 star instead of a 5 star review is that I spent my birthday at the hotel and my husband had paid for organise a surprise cake for me. It was delivered directly to the fridge in our room but we were not informed of its arrival (this is now being rectified by the hotel, so thank you Diamond Cliff). Overall I would recommend this hotel to family travellers who are looking for a relaxing break with a beautiful Patong beach nearby.

Today was our first day at the hotel, and we received a very warm welcome from Khomsasn, the Guest Service Agent. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything we needed to know about our rooms and the hotel facilities. He made our check-in smooth and gave us an excellent first impression of the hotel. Thank you, Khomsasn, for the wonderful welcome and outstanding service!
