Sao, Pang, Nitnoy, Kncmjean, Fah, Chue, Mai, Kiring, Tum, Gorya…..: the MOST amazing staff who made our 10 day stay so much more fun!!! They were all so lovely and friendly, always took great care of us, made sure we had food and drinks very quickly but mainly were always smiling and happy!!!!
This is our second visit and I think we’ve started a new tradition because we want to keep coming back every year. The resort is beautiful with freaks poolside bars and a spectacular view of the sunset.
We love Diamondcliff but the staff is what will keep us coming back again and again!!
Peace and quiet just far enough out of Patong
This resort was fantastic as it was far enough out of the hustle and bustle to be relaxing but close enough to walk (20mins) or a short Tuk Tuk ride to get into the heart of town. It has 2 pools for variety, the main one with amazing views over the bay. There are lots of steps which is great to walk off the meals or a shuttle which runs all day at reception. The bar can be a little slow but that's understandable with all the cocktails they are making. Our rooms were fantastic, the meal choice was excellent and staff very friendly. Most importantly, the breakfast buffet was clean and had plenty of choices available. A very relaxing stay.

All good , sweet and relaible
Nice property and easy checkin with khomsan… polite and answers all the questions in english.
Very good but a few refinements required.
Overall the Hotel was very good, just a few things let it down, Tea & Coffee was only included at breakfast after that it was chargeable even though other drinks were not, lacking in something to do in the evenings and the Ocean view bar service was very slow.. Food excellent. Be aware there are lots of steps, if required transport is provided if required.
