Disappointing, stayed in one of their suites mini bar was to be replenished everyday, they failed, the floor was dirty hadn’t been washed in weeks!!!! Old used slippers from previous guests left in room on arrival advised reception multiple times, in the end I had to take them to reception 🤦♀️ my grandchildren were at the resort too the baby’s pool/play area is dangerous it is not fenced in and little ones can get to main reception and road area. When house keeping came it was basically to change towels over nothing was ever wiped do be

GREAT RESORT GREAT INTERIORS
We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. A beautiful resort set amidst a serene atmosphere. The moment we stepped in we were away from the busy hustle of Phuket town (though the resort is situated right on main phuket road and 400 m from Patong beach) Beautiful rooms overlooking pool, cosy, traditional yet modern. The entire resort is fantastic, pool area is a real treat to eyes and so relaxing. Restaurant is excellent with a large variety on the menu including traditional India breakfast. We had a Massage at the resort spa, it was real good rejuvenating and refreshing ... The staff is awesome, courteous and smiling always ready to help anytime in your tours. THANK YOU DEEWANA for making stay and moment memorable

A Pleasant Family Stay — March 2026 We stayed at Deevana Plaza Phuket-Patong for three nights during our family vacation in March 2026, and it was a very pleasant experience. The property is in a prime location, with several Indian restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven located just opposite the hotel. Popular spots such as OTOP Market, Bangla Road, and Patong Beach are all within walking distance, making the hotel extremely convenient for travelers.
The resort itself is beautiful, combining traditional charm with modern amenities. The swimming pool is one of its standout features, and the overall décor and ambiance are very appealing. Most importantly, the resort is highly family- and kid-friendly. We booked a family room with a king bed and bunk beds for the children, which they absolutely loved. The room was spacious and well-lit, though it did not offer a particularly good view. We also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach and the greenery maintained throughout the property. The breakfast spread was good and offered enough variety to start the day well, with a few Indian cuisine options available. The pool area was especially enjoyable for the children, with slides that added to the fun and kept them entertained for hours. The hotel also has an excellent spa, offering professional therapies of a high standard. Overall, the staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We had an excellent experience at Deevana Plaza Phuket-Patong and would gladly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

Great stay
We stayed in room 443 . The check in and out was fast also the room been cleaned every day . The pool was fantastic and the restaurant in pool area is so good . The staff very friendly and helpful also the hotel located in a very good spot of Phuket ( Patong ) Will definitely come back again and enjoy
