Extremely disappointing and insensitive handling of a genuine family emergency.

We had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but due to a real medical emergency in our family, we raised a rescheduling request before the original check-in date and also provided supporting documents. Instead of receiving a clear and honest response, the process became confusing and stressful.

Initially, we were given the impression that a rebooking might be possible up to 20 May, which suggested that the hotel was willing to consider a one-time exception despite the booking being non-refundable. Based on this, we shared a flexible date range within that period. However, after keeping us in uncertainty, the booking was later marked as a no-show and we were ultimately informed that there would be no refund and no reschedule, and that we would need to make a completely new booking.

We understand that non-refundable policies exist, but what made this experience especially frustrating was the contradictory communication and lack of sensitivity. If the request was not going to be accepted, that should have been stated clearly from the beginning instead of giving mixed signals and creating unnecessary stress during an already difficult family situation.

Would not recommend this property based on how this case was handled.

Can we smoke in room balcony??

Our hotel stay was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious we booked with a private pool, and it was amazing specially pn rainy days. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was clean and amenities were there. The hotel had a bar by the main pool, were you can eat drink and swim. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The only thing I would comment on is the breakfast, there is not alot of food variety options. Location was well accessible, not in the center but 10mins walking and you're in the heart of action. Overall the hotel stay was very nice and pleasant. I would visit again and recommend it.
