AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!
Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of booking. Arrived and checked in at 9:15pm to be greeted by a room with no windows or balcony. It also smelled strongly of damp with very dated decor and really rather shabby looking throughout. Checked out at 10:15pm and moved to another hotel. I had booked this to celebrate my 60th birthday and soon realised I would have had a better room had I got myself arrested and put into a prison cell, because that was the vibe I was getting from the room. Fuming does not even come close to how I am feeling right now!!!

Budget or 4star hotel. Great location with short walk to the beautiful 3km beach.
Great location. A quick walk to the beach with loads of bars & eateries close by. Lovely pool in an oasis setting with a massage area. Highly recommend getting your massage there. All the staff were lovely & helpful. Bar food was very good. Kim the concierge was brilliant, organising the James Bond Island tour, a private tour of the main sites & an airport taxi for us. Hotel does rooms for bargain deals , which we were, which are 2star rather than 4star. There was no problem changing the room we were allocated with a small charge. 1st room was on 2nd floor with lift to 1st floor only. No balcony as such as window was blackened & opened up to view of wall & roof. Wet room didn't have an anti-slip floor. 2nd room on 1st floor with lift & balcony.

Best staff...
Baumanburi equels to hospitality.. Every one of them. Mr. Kurt, Bell, Andrew, sun, Nana, Cheetar, J and All. Not one of them treated us bad. They really took care of us for the past 10 days.. Beautiful place.
