A fabulous hotel with amazing staff
A fabulous stay at a wonderful hotel.
I would firstly like to draw attention to the incredible, permanently cheerful staff on reception. As the first people a guest encounters, they are exceptional.
Added to this, the super friendly staff in the restaurant are so professional and efficient. I would like to make special mention of Su(pictured), who served us most days. Her enthusiasm and kindness are a huge asset to the hotel.
Finally, the band that played most evenings are so impressive. The diversity of their pop music and their friendly attitude towards the guests really added to everyone’s experience.
I really hope that the management appreciates the excellent staff that they have. They genuinely make the hotel special, ensuring that guests have the premium experience.

Wonderful hotel and staff
Excellent hotel and facilities, with great staff and restaurant onsite. Our room was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful time and were looked after very well by all of the staff, including Su. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and a ten minute walk from Bangla Road. Cannot thank the staff enough for looking after us so well.

Perfect location its across the beach! The atmosphere is great especially at night , they have a good band (live singing)+ Dj Clean & delicious food! For a 10/10 service ask for Thant or Aung and Zar They’re great guys👍🏻😉

Amazing service
The food was amazing but Chan was the most attentive when serving our table! He was amazing and made our dinner so wonderful! The best service in Phuket
