Happy from this hotel good staff very soothing n relaxing swimming pool best to go in pool at the time of sunset. You feel relaxing by listening to the sound of waves of ocean in swimming pool. Near is exchange

Worst Hotel Experience
This hotel was in horrible condition. Upon arrival we were met by two people, one was Don, whom we later found was the manager as well as he served other rolls. The hotel smelled damp, muggy and appeared a bit ruined down. Nothing like the pictures!!! We were completely dissatisfied with the accommodations, food, lack of service...not to mention the dirtiness of the hotel. Never again !!

Ordered food at the pool started waiting for over 45mins when i got told it was gonna 15 mins Then i started to annoyed and asked they said you can cancel if u want i was like you really saying this really rude food ended up taking 1hr30mins

WOW...I love it...right on the beach...a lot of art works...staffs so friendly...love the space and infinity pool...rain showers my favorite...looking to be back again soon...across from the beach that is bonus...Boom Boom Room and front beach to sitting in evening...awesome!!!

I just want to give a warm shout out to this hotel who gave me a full refund when we were sadly forced to cancel our booking due to the virus. I have stayed at this hotel and found their customer service to be A+++, and clearly that has not changed. Thank you B-Lay Tong, we will be back once this storm passes and can't wait for that!
