Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and below the expected standard.
During our stay, my wife suffered from food poisoning and had a sudden health emergency. Unfortunately, she could not reach the bathroom in time and had to vomit inside the room. This was an unavoidable situation, and we expected understanding and professionalism from the hotel, but the response was disappointing.
After requesting a room change, we were moved to a lower-category room than the one we had originally booked and paid for, without any proper compensation or solution.
The hotel’s internal transportation system was also inconvenient. Since the property relies on buggy service for movement, getting a buggy was often difficult and there were significant delays, making it frustrating to move around.
The most disappointing part was being charged an additional cleaning fee at check-out, despite the incident being caused by a sudden food poisoning emergency and not by misuse of the room.
Overall, the lack of understanding, flexibility, and guest care left us with a very negative impression. We do not recommend this hotel to guests expecting professional service and proper support during unexpected situations.

Paradise in the Phuket Patong.
We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we came straight back this year — and it was just as wonderful, if not better. This isn't really a hotel, it's a whole resort, with three beautiful pools. From the moment you arrive, you feel special — they welcome you with a drink and let you sit down while they handle your check-in for you. The service is genuinely the highest quality I've experienced. The rooms are cleaned every single day, and the staff are so warm that after a few days you feel like you're among friends, not just guests. I want to especially mention Ploi at reception — she was so friendly and welcoming, it honestly felt like we'd known each other for years. Same for the housekeeping staff member — Somying and lovely person at the reception area, buggy guys, all very friendly and positive, fitness instructor. Last year I actually left my Kindle behind by accident. This year, I mentioned it, and within an hour they had found it and brought it back to me. That kind of care really says everything about how this place is run. The location is great too — about 10 minutes from the centre, so you get peace and quiet but everything is still easily reachable. Honestly, the value for what you get here is exceptional. I already know I'll be back — probably many times — and I recommend this place to every friend I have.
