Beautiful hotel
Very beautiful hotel, Perfect service, perfect and respectful staff. The staff who drive the small cars inside the hotel are so nice, especially Mr. Krot — he is very kind. The food is delicious, and the rooms are cleaned every day. I give this hotel 10/10
Absolutely 💯 beautiful
Krot has been amazing. Far and the boys at buggys were always reliable and helpful. Housekeeping was always immaculate. The front desk were always helpful. Sizzle was amazing. Vista there is lots to be desired. Felt a little let down here with the food and service. The overnight maintenance was annoying when cleaning pools under torch at 2am or dropping water. The location is majestic. Quiet and yet still close to Patong. Rooms were very clean and tidy with beautiful amenities but the firmness of the bed and pillows weren't great. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. It was beautiful

We are currently staying at the Avista Hotel in Phuket, and we simply had to leave a review for our wonderful housekeeper, Deh.
Deh does an absolutely fantastic job keeping our room spotless and very clean every single day. On top of that, Deh always leaves us delicious little sweets and treats, which are such a lovely surprise! 🥰 What really stands out is incredible attention to our personal requests and preferences.
Thank you, Deh, for your amazing service and warm hospitality - you truly make our stay extra special! We highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Avista Hideaway Resort & Spa Phuket was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect—from the beautiful hotel and excellent facilities to the outstanding service provided by every member of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making our vacation truly memorable.
