The staff at this hotel are some of the happiest people I've met in Thailand. The rooms are clean and any problem I had was met with a solution.. For example, the first day that I arrived at the hotel, I came before the 14:00 check in time but they switched my assigned room to one that was already set up and ready for me. There was another problem, however, with the bathroom. The toilets are a bit weaker than most other places and I had accidentally flushed too much toilet paper (you're not supposed to flush any toilet paper at all apparently) but they accommodated me with another room with a smile.
The owner of this hotel seems like she really genuinely cares about her guests and even remembered my name after only the first contact. When it was time for me to leave to the airport, I had asked for a taxi airport transfer and she even tried to get me a minibus instead so that I could save my money! Such a lovely person and almost felt like a second mom to me! Haha!

One of the best receptionists we have ever met (Grace)
Okay, let’s starts with negatives. We were very unlucky to get the worst room, where we were unable to sleep at all, ac was so laud and we felt like we are sleeping on the busy street because of noises from the nearby street.
Also there were some very rich indonesian guys, who acted like very rich people (in a bad way) - style ,,we can make noise and beheave like *****”. So first night was a horror. In the morning Grace (receptionist) helped us and relocated us to a better room. She was very helpful all the time and helped us with everything. She is amazing. Next night was a little better but again, next to our room, there were two DRUNK french ladies making so much noise, but in the end we slept and were ,,okay”.
Overal the hotel is quite nice, not the cleanest, wifi almost does not work, but owner and receptionist makes a lot of these problems obsolite. We enjoyed our stay here and we can recommend this hotel.

Decent stay in the hotel. Very kind and friendly staff. Especially the night sec/receptionist. Really appreciate him very helpful guy. Breakfast was good. Good location to stay. Easily accesible to markets.
Horrible experience and location
Very dangerous and loud road, and far from the beach and Patong center with no sidewalks. The owner is very friendly, but I would never recommend it to a friend. The internet connection in the room is very poor and the only good connection is in the lobby, which is way too load with traffic to relax or work.
