Fantastic holiday
We are currently on our holiday in Phuket. The hotel has made it for us great location superb facilities swimming pool and restaurant very good. The staff are very professional and can't do enough for you. They have a sky lounge with great entertainment and yet again staff where very helpful and professional. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable the food was very good as well and very reasonable. We are here for 10 days and have been very happy with this hotel catered well for our needs

The sky bar stuff are one of the loveliest humans I’ve ever met
I’m not here to review the hotel - I just want to shine a spotlight on the Sky Bar itself, because it truly deserves its own praise.
The view is breathtaking, the kind that quietly rearranges your mood in the best way. The music wraps everything in an easy, cozy glow, making the whole place feel welcoming from the moment you step in.
But the heart of the experience is the staff. I’ve rarely met people this genuinely kind, helpful, funny, and warm. They didn’t just do their jobs - they created a space where you feel seen, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. These are people I’d happily stay in touch with beyond a few evenings.
If you’re looking for a place that feels both elevated and human, the Sky Bar is absolutely worth it. Run by some of the loveliest humans I’ve ever met, it’s is a place I’ll keep coming back to. Thank you, Noey, Mink, Oh & Pee! ♥️

I will never stay at this hotel again as they ruined my New Years Eve and what was meant to be a dream holiday. Firstly on arriving we were asked for 2900baht each to use the lounge bar on floor 19 to see the New Year in, when I had emailed previously (3 months prior) asking did we need to book a table and was there a cost to be told no it will be first come first served and there would be no cost. This was the whole reason for booking this hotel to watch the fireworks going over Patong beach at 12am.
Then we were taken to our room which wasn't anywhere near 4 star, it was dirty and very dusty (as per attached photos), the fridge was a yellow colour (as in old as per the attached photo) and the dressing table and shelves had a lot of wear and tear looking very scruffy. I then went to ask for an ironing board and iron and when delivered the ironing board had burn marks all over it and the iron was all burnt on the plate (not good for white clothing). I then had a shower, and the drain was all blocked and the water was running out of the cubicle into the main bedroom area (As per attached video).
Opposite our room were other apartments and a restaurant and unless you closed the curtains (which I was told we had to do) everyone could see into your room. I’m sorry but you don’t go on holiday to sit with the curtains closed at all times.
The towels for the beach that they provide had all bleach stains on them (as per attached photo).
I asked multiple times to speak with a manager to be told New Years eve there wasn't one, again on New Years Day there wasn't one working and again after. The lady myself and my partner spoke to on the reception was extremely rude and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel team (I believe she was a manager but didn't want to deal with issues), this lady was not just rude to us, other residents had issues with her too and she had upset various people.
The breakfast really wasn't up to a good standard (definitely not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel), and not much choice which meant we went out elsewhere to eat after paying for this within our overall cost.
We walked out to the pool area and the section for the children really needs re-painting and tidying up, along with the floor up near the infinity pool needing a good jet wash.
There was also plates of food left in the corridor from afternoon through the night till the next day (photo attached)
By far my favorite Patong Beach , Phuket hotel , I'll be back 🥰
I have stayed at this fantastic hotel 5 times and it's very hard to fault it in any way , excellent bed and soft pillows , unmatchable views of the entire Patong Bay and to the horizon, where the fishing boats gather at night . The chefs are extremely talented and I was gifted a special mini ice cream cake for my birthday. Everything you desire for breakfast by the main pool , without the hussel and bussel that you get at most Patong hotels . My only wish would be that the air conditioning unit that's on the balcony, face it towards the ocean so it blows the hot air out and not across the balcony .
