Located near all the convenience and buzz of Patong, the tranquil resort is a short walk from Jungceylon Mall. Complimentary shuttle service to nearby Kata Beach is offered. Phuket International Airport is a 55-minute drive away.
Accommodations are offered in two distinct settings. The Superior and Deluxe Wings are closer to the coast with rooms and suites that are a short hop from the lobby, restaurants and facilities. The newer Ocean Wing offers an elevated experience with larger residence-style one and two bedroom suites perched on the hillside and exclusive access to a hilltop Clubhouse with its dedicated full-service lounge, pool, terrace and fitness centre.
Breeze Spa features a wide range of treatments which can be enjoyed from breezy, sea-facing pavilions. The resort also offers a fitness centre, scuba-diving centre, kids' club and a Voyager Lounge, a perfect relaxation spot for those arriving early or waiting for a late flight.
La Gritta focuses on Italian specialties such as gourmet pizzas, fresh pasta, delectable desserts along with an extensive wine list. Seaside international dining is available at Rim Talay. Drinks and quick bites are served at both the Rim Talay Pool Bar, Samutr Bars and The Jetty.

Poor Attitude of Check-in staff overshadows an otherwise amazing property
The very first impression we got was of the check in staff being quote rude for seemingly no reason. The attitude was cold and condiscending and particularly demeaning in tone - treating us like we had no idea of how the basic check in process works. She would constanly reply with "Umm...so?" like what? I understand people can have a bad day but this is literally the worst place to vent it. Otherwise the property is fine. I would rather stay at a less fancy place and be treated nicely than here.
Calming serene resort
Very serene and calm resort by the beach, but not very far to the party area.
Staff very polite and hospitality was great.
The restaurant staff were most courteous especially Miss PLA

First trip to Thailand and the Amari Phuket
We booked through DialAFlight who were amazing. The Amari Phuket was an amazing hotel. The food, location were excellent. Most of all the staff are fantastic. They are polite, professional and attentive to your every need. Special thanks to Da, Yui,Bee,Kim,Tony,Peach who were so nice and attentive. Literally nothing was an issue. Visit and see for yourselves

A Beautiful Stay, Just Missing Those Special Little Touches
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for young couples who want to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Patong while still having a peaceful, relaxing resort to retreat to.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. When we experienced some noise disturbances, the security team dealt with them promptly and professionally. I’d also like to give a special mention to our lovely housekeeper, Nana, who did an exceptional job looking after our room and was always so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, she wasn't responsible for our room throughout our entire stay, and we certainly noticed the difference when she wasn't there!
The only reason I'm giving four stars rather than five is due to one particular disappointment. We got engaged at the Tree Pod on our second day, which was an incredibly special moment for us. However, despite the hotel being aware of the occasion, there was no acknowledgement of our engagement during the remainder of our stay. While we certainly didn't expect any grand gestures or complimentary gifts, even something as simple as a handwritten card or a glass of champagne would have been a lovely, thoughtful touch. Given that this was such a significant milestone for us, and considering the amount we spent on the Tree Pod experience and our 13-night stay, I had hoped for a little more personal attention from a five-star resort. It was disappointing, particularly as it's often those small, thoughtful gestures that make a luxury hotel experience truly memorable.
That being said, the staff were genuinely lovely, the gym facilities were excellent, and the Voyager Lounge was a fantastic addition, particularly after checking out while waiting for our flight.
The food throughout our stay was incredible. A special mention also goes to the Sous Chef, who presented our food at both the Tree Pod and the Italian restaurant. His passion for what he does really shone through, and it was clear how much care and effort went into every dish.
Despite the disappointment surrounding our engagement, we have some beautiful memories from our stay and are very grateful to the team for their hospitality. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return!
