Absolute gem of a hotel
The 12 days we spent there were superb - no complaints whatever, smiling efficient staff and the food on offer was incredible, especially the breakfast experience. It's not a resort for those with poor mobility due to its cliff / steep hill position, but the doorless cars and transfer mini buses will get you anywhere onsite. We went " rainy season " and endured three ten minute downpours across our 12 days so don't be put off August. Prices are what you should expect for drinks and meals off your package, but the main drag restaurants offer much cheaper alternatives. Highly recommend Phutawan, Kiri, Beach and Bubbles and Shaweema ( beware - this only takes cash).The local ATM nearest to Shaweema took my travel card so be aware!

Home away from home
Amazing experience as always, 3 rd time coming back here with my family and it always feels like we are coming home haha Spa services are other worldly!! I seriously always nod off when I’m getting a massage done here. Therapist’s Patti and Cherry are absolutely amazing! Thank you for creating such a relaxing stay
Amazing Honeymoon break

We stayed at the Pullman for one night during our honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and everyone went out of their way to make our honeymoon feel special.
The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over the sea. We watched an unforgettable sunset before enjoying an incredible steak dinner as the last of the sun disappeared below the horizon. To make the evening even more special, the team surprised us with a beautiful dessert served on a personalised board with our names on it – such a thoughtful touch that we will always remember.
One of the biggest surprises was the beach. Just a short walk below the hotel is a gorgeous stretch of golden sand with crystal-clear water. It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. We spent hours there and even came away with a little sunburn because we didn’t want to leave!
Breakfast the following morning was absolutely fantastic. The choice was incredible, with something to suit every taste and culture. Whether you wanted a full cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, Asian dishes, or healthier options, there was an amazing selection. It was one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced and catered brilliantly for guests of all ages and backgrounds.
The room, facilities, and attention to detail were all excellent, creating the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation.
Thank you to everyone at Pullman for making part of our honeymoon so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway and can’t wait to return one day.
