Beyond words
The website does not do this place justice. It’s beautiful beyond the pictures, the personnel are friendly and great. The spa services are very relaxing and wonderful staff.

Time run so fast. August 2025 i went to stay and talked with Khun Bow, that this year 2026, I will come to stay for 6 times. and today already finished the 6 times i said. I just want to thank you for all the rooms she gave me during our stays at Pullman. I am appreciated all the offers and services that i have received. all the rooms i stayed have very beautiful view. all the people there work very hard, which i could not mention all the names who create special time for me and i think many people who visit pullman. i wished that pullman naithorn will solve all the problems they have now and continue this excellent hospitality in the near future.
Good environmental and service and drink

Loved the place but...
Pros -
- Hotel is on a cliff and overlooks the ocean - beautiful. Apparently it used to be a rubber plantation.
- Rooms are sizeable and clean and bottled water, amenities etc are provided.
- Service is a standout. The GM dropped by to say hi during check in and service staff were all great throughout our stay. Some of the the staff even remembered our names and room number.
- The spread at the buffet breakfast was excellent and personally on par with that of Banyan Tree Koh Samui and Park Hyatt Shanghai. Quality was okay only though but still a highlight.
- There is a smallish kids club with an indoor area (tiny ball pit, PS5, foosball table) and a small outdoor playground; more suited for younger kids (probably ages 7 and below).
- Internet is decently fast and stable.
- There is an hourly shuttle to the beach (where there is a 7-11 and quite a few eateries/massage places) but you can easily get there just by walking down the stairs from the swimming pool. The beach is relatively clean and void of the usual tourist crowds.
Cons -
- My only major peeve - Our room had a fair bit of house flies and mosquitoes and we spent quite a bit of time trying to remove them; not exactly my idea of a relaxing stay.
- The food at Vero Italian was decent but skip the steak imho as I found it lacking in beefiness. The views are great though.
Overall it was a great stay only marred by the flies and mosquitoes. Happy to stay again but maybe not during the rainy/monsoon season and in a room closer to the main lobby.

Stunning and Serene
The location is simply beautiful, with easy access to the beach and a peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay. The staff were wonderful, and their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. Service was top notch from start to finish. The spa was a highlight, a truly serene experience that capped off a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.
