Perfection! 5/5
Perfection! Will come here again and again. Service was excellent. Staff members in the hotel were very warming, attentive, respectful and always assisting us throughout the way. Room was top notch! I can't elaborate further. Environment and atmosphere wise it were really nice, you are in nature hence within clean air among the greenery. Definitely value for the money! Location is super strategic like 10 minutes to the Phuket International Airport. I didn't experience any noise pollution too. Amenities wise, everything is there so do not worry of anything! Very accessible to Nai Yang Beach.
Absolute perfection!
Absolute perfection! From the service to the amenities, every detail of this resort has been meticulously crafted and planned to make sure you can just arrive and completely relax. The team are warm, friendly and welcoming and they look after you so well. The beds are some of the best we've slept in anywhere in the world! It's our second time here and we'll absolutely be back!!

Superb experience. The staff in this hotel are outstanding and pay attention to every detail. Particularly in Tin Mine restaurant, Sue and her team looked after us so well. Thank you all for making our stay so special. This was our 7th visit and we will be back.
Wonderful stay
We loved our stay and returning after all these years was the best decision we made. The experience was wonderful as always - from the start till the end. Loved our room, the pool, Black Ginger where we celebrated a special occasion and also the chilled time at Tin Syndicate. The staff and their thoughtfulness in everything is what makes our stay special, everytime!

Amazing Hospitality at The Slate
I had a wonderful stay at The Slate and was very impressed with the overall experience.
A special thank you to C/N Faii, who took great care of us from check-in. She was very friendly, professional, and gave excellent recommendations. All of the hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices. The restaurant staff were also attentive, friendly, and provided great service.
Our room was very clean and well prepared. Special thanks to Khun Sak for doing such an excellent job keeping the room spotless and comfortable.
The swimming pool area was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff around the pool were always available and provided attentive service whenever needed.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Thank you to everyone at The Slate for your warm hospitality. We truly appreciated all the care and excellent service, and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
