Nice hotel.
Nice hotel offering comfortable beds, nice bathroom with rain shower. Rooms are a bit noisy like entry doors slamming … this is a little downside. Beautiful swimming pool but a little high on chlorine for the eyes. Breakfast was ok and offered a good choice, croissants and other pastries not crispy. Bacon was tasteless. Very good coffee.

we are back at belgium after stay one week at naiyang park resort with our family(6pp)it was a holiday specialy for our 50 years married wedding ;we love the houses(rooms 12-35-36)specialy we like the clothes place for put all in,big space,good bed fine shower,and all close together!the service lobby&cleaning was amezing,so friendly everybody!!the pool has verry warm water for swimming,we love it,the hotel was not far from beach&rstaurants!we try on time your restaurant but to many mistakes when we order something,and breakfast is not so good ,we love belgium breakfast,but understand we are in THAILAND!!!!and don't worry we still alive!555,and 7eleven has all,the taxi service back to airport was ok,but unfortly we bring at wrong departed!no regrets we walk 5 minutes to exact place,so thanks verry much to stay at naiyang park resort,and hope to come back next time,specialy the fine price for us all!greatings from a verry happy family mertens from belgium!!

Perfect Stay by the Beach
Beautiful resort with an amazing atmosphere. The room was very spacious and came with complete facilities. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The swimming pool was huge, and the location was perfect close to both the airport and the beach. Just a few steps and you’re already by the sea. Definitely would love to come back and stay here again next time!

Unfair extra charge for a 4-person family booking
We booked a Family Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 children (Booking CKY3CF9H8G). Upon arrival, the room was only prepared for 3 people (3 beds, 3 towels). After we complained, the staff brought us a 4th towel, which proves they acknowledge we are 4 guests. However, they are demanding an extra 1,500 THB PER NIGHT for the 4th bed! This is unacceptable as our booking clearly states 4 guests. It feels like extortion for families. The staff admits we are 4 people but refuses to provide the bed we already paid for through Stayforlong. Avoid this place if you are traveling as a family.
The Good, the Bad , and the Ugly
Tried to email them 3 times as returning guests ,before we arrived for Airport pick up and a specific chalet all ignored !! Rude very dismissive welcome .The front of house reception staff should ALL be replaced . I complained 4 times that the shower was either freezing cold or dangerously hot and although they said someone had looked at it ,had freezing showers for 5nights. totally unacceptable !!! The food at breakfast and the boss bar are very good and the new F&B manager is a great improvement . The service here is very good . The pool is one of the best you will find , but the decaying broken sunbeds and some umbrellas need replacing ; the pool bar and the faded lifejackets hanging around the outside look dreadful. All need sprucing up . The guest experience is not as it should be , and on checking out they did their usual checking of the room and after 20minutes they never bothered to come back and say everything was in order , unbelievable to say the least . I would clear out the Manageress , and front of house staff and replace with some of the waitresses who are much more courteous , welcoming and warm . This establishment has a lot of returning elderly guests and has become very complacent . The owners need to look and see what is out there as modern guests have easy access to a crowded market .
