The hotel is generally ok, breakfast not bad at all as suggested by some other reviewers. Cleanliness seemed ok, average Thai, but we had some nasty discoveries in our room, thick layer of dust behind curtains in bathroom and sliding door tracks (obviously not things they bothered cleaning at all), broken door in fridge, cigarette ends on the minimalistic balcony, previous guest sock under the bed, broken light planel on bed headboard. The pool was disgusting the first day, but it was cleaned the day efter and remained acceptable after that. Staff fairly service minded but not very strong English and not very attentive.
We booked this hotel as a last day stay at Phuket. And we wanted something very close to the hotel. This hotel is literally walking distance to the airport, no need of any cabs
Good modern rooms and decent staff. They helped us check in earlier, it was sweet of them. Just that the hotel, could do more with the cleanliness part
Stayed one night prior to flight back to Doha/ Uk. Walking distance to the airport which was ideal. Nice little beach close by, but be aware tourists gets charged to go through. God only knows where the money goes, as the beach is not as clean, for the conservation area it claims to be.
Our flight was late night however, we had to check out by 12h00 so we had some time to kill. Went to the beach and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide towels for us and let us use the pool shower prior to heading to the airport. Late check out is 1500Baht. The hotel self felt eery at times as I didn’t see many guests. Room was clean and for one night stay probably can’t complain. It’s definitely not a place to stay more than 2-3 nights. Not much around, part from a seven eleven within a couple mins walk and a laundrette. Night reception wasn’t very friendly but again, they were nice enough to let us keep our luggage in the lobby whilst we go to the beach for the afternoon. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t go. Gym facilities didn’t look great and probably didn’t work, but can’t say for certain.
So in summary- this is purely just a transit hotel, wouldn’t use it as a base long term, 3 nights max and you would probably wanna move on anyway. Basically just a spot to put your head down for the night. Good Wifi though. Rooms was clean
We really liked this hotel ! Rooms was absolutely huge, great location near airport, beach and a few shops on the man street. Very nice breakfast and staff lovely ! We loved the rooms - so much space ! We didn’t want to leave
