All perfect.
The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. We would especially like to thank Sun and Aum from the Front Office for taking such great care of us throughout our stay and for recommending delicious local food. We truly appreciated their warm service and kindness. We will definitely come back again!

Special!
Another fantastic stay at our home away from home. This hotel just gets better each year. 5 weeks of bliss this year. From arrival to departure, the staff are always welcoming and friendly with nothing being too much to deliver. I would love to mention individual staff here but at the risk of missing someone out - I have to say everyone, just everyone goes out of their way to ensure the holiday is memorable. Staff in Housekeeping, Rock Salt, Cosmo, Reflections, Pool, Cleaning and Security (resident snake catcher) are all top class. Roong, the Resort Manager was in charge with the GM on holidays and kept the ship running very smoothly. This year the lift was being replaced so the baggage lift had to service everything. It was a slight inconvenience but I’m sure was a bigger inconvenience for staff who had to get bags to rooms, laundry to floors and even water bottles up to rooms. Thank you everyone at The Nai Harn.

Perfect for a peaceful vacation!
A perfect resort for a peaceful vacation, next to the beach! It is a perfect location to rest and enjoy, with fantastic views! Attention if you want to visit Phuket, all departing sites for boat tours and guided tours are about 1h travel.
A Perfect Relaxing Getaway with Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay at The Nai Harn and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the views were absolutely stunning.
The room was very spacious, comfortable beds, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the sun beds provided on the beach, which made it easy to spend the day by the sea.
We also dined in the hotel restaurant one evening, and the food was delicious. The service was fantastic.
The Nai Harn is in a relatively remote location, so there isn't a great deal within walking distance. However, that is part of its charm and makes it the perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind, switch off, and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday.
We would definitely return in the future.

Masterclass In Hospitality
It was my second visit back to the Nai Harn Hotel & Resort and despite it being low season on this occasion, it did not disappoint. It’s situated on a hillside overlooking a beautiful quiet beach, no jet skis, or power engine boats permitted. Breakfast and dinner is excellent, cheeses, breads, charcuterie (cruelty free) yogurts etc all made fresh daily by the Catering Team … and it’s evident in the taste. The Staff help make this Resort exceptional, friendly and warm and always eager to communicate to improve your stay. We did have a technical issue with our room, however our replacement room more than made up for the inconvenience of moving. It exceeded our expectations. It’s a short taxi or Bolt ride from Kata and Karon Beach for more nightlife should you wish or Patong a little further on. Mr Frank Grassmann the General Manager thoughtfully arranged Beach Towels and a Breakfast Box for our sunrise boat trip. This Hotel has earned its 5 Stars and we will be looking forward to returning …
